Junk, we ordered several and each one had it's own issues and never worked. The last one worked for long enough that I can't return it and now and it just doesn't work at all the fan controller is completely messed up. The mater heater needs incredibly specific water flow to function anymore and any less it shuts down. I have to run my sink and the shower for it to function any adjustments to hot and cool will cause it to shut down, and because the cold and got have to run on both the shower and sink at the same time the shower never goes above 80 degrees. ... show more

So far so good, only used a few times with temperature fluctuation during use which could be from the shower faucet (cheap rv faucet). Asking for ratings without giving enough time to properly evaluate the product is useless, with that in mind all I can say is; so far so good.
