This Sherpa roof rack kit from Rugged Ridge includes the roof rack, crossbar adapters, and two 56.5-inch round crossbars. The Rugged Ridge Sherpa Roof Rack was designed to add valuable cargo space above the roofline of JK Wranglers. A true bolt-on installation, the Roof Rack requires no modification to the Jeep's body and features a unique tilt function for convenient access to your hard or soft top. With the Roof Rack system installed, hard top and freedom panels can be added or removed, and the soft top can be easily retracted or raised.

    • Love it. Small issues
I ordered this rack system because I liked the idea of having the light bar up front, and being able to add the basket with the option of leaving it all attached when I have my hard top off. Overall it is a decent roof rack. I am yet to buy a basket to go up on top of it but that’s going to be soon hopefully. Have to save to get the adapters and bars first. It looks pretty cool and is relatively solid. That being said I have a couple of complaints; when mine arrived, it had shipping damage around the ends of 2 of the tubes. Not a big issue as I was able to bend them back out without messing it up a bunch. Another thing was that after I got it all installed, the seam between the two bars that run the length of the vehicle over the top of the cab have a bit of a shimmy to them when you grab them. The instructions pertaining to the rubber body stops made absolutely no sense at all. And lastly the flat mating surfaces where the thumbscrew ties the front bar to the rack on the drivers side do not sit flush.     • NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ALL SOFT TOPS!! BEWARE
Despite being advertised that this is compatible with soft tops. This is, indeed, not compatible with the Bestop Trektop NX Glide. You cannot close the rack back up with the roof back! Contacted Rugged Ridge aka OMIX-Ada, and they didn't give 2 shts. Going through BBB now.
