Instructions are lacking a little but it’s easy enough to install. Works great. Rattles a lot driving around but I put a foam gardening mat in between the tailgate and the table and no more rattles. Plus I have a soft seat if I need it. Wrks good and is pretty inexpensive. It’s a win.

Quality seems OK, however installation was annoying. I was happy to find that the product came preassembled, saving some time. Be aware that you will need to partially disassemble the product in order to attach it to your Jeep. The bottom two bolts cannot be installed without disconnecting the large shelf from the unit. In order to install the bottom right screw, you need to disassemble and discard the bolt they have in there already (3 mm hex). This is the hole referenced at about 2:30 in their installation video. Use a trim tool to remove the plastic before drilling it with a 1/2" bit - there are drill points already marked out from Jeep on the back side! Quadratec has nice installation instructions for theirs that use these same mounting points for reference. Table seems sturdy, however when folded up it interferes with the "bed mat" for lack of better term that I have in there. You get what you pay for, and this is priced much less than many other tables out there.

This tail gate table was easy to install, came with all parts, was well packaged and works great for what it is. The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is due to the lack of instructions. Here is a brief explanation to install this table. 1. Remove the factory plastic trim cover the says “Jeep” by using a trim tool. 2. Drill 2 holes from the back side of the trim cover that align with the threaded insert on the tail gate. 3. Remove the factory plastic cover panel from the tail gate using a trim tool starting on the left hand side. 4. Drill 2 holes from the back side of the cover panel at the bottom (the location is marker by the dimples on the bottom of the panel. * All 4 holes should be just big enough for the provided sleeves to fit through both the trim cover and panel, I used a Stepped bit for a clean hole on the bottom and a Forster bit on the top to ensure a perfectly centered hole. 5. Use the medium sleeves/screws for the top 2 mounts, the long sleeves for the bottom 2 mounts (you have to remove the small nut/bolt used in the lower right mounting hole on the table frame). 6. Install the frames and once all bolts are started tighten everything up using the provided Allen key. 7. Using the smallest sleeve and hardware install the table to the frame followed by connecting the cables to the table. * Do not fully tighten the table hinge bolts or cable bolts as these needed a little play for smoother operation when opening/closing the table.

I was looking at tailgate table and found this one. The best part is you don’t need to drill anything on your tailgate. Just remove the black plastic wire cover. The screws and washers are small so be careful so you don’t loss them. And that’s it. Looks solid and easy to install. For the price it is a great buy.

For the money, this is a great product. Very simple to install. However, be advised that you should not use the paper pattern to drill your holes. It is off by about 2 inches. Manually layout your whole locations. Otherwise, I’m happy with it.

Really easy to install. No rattling which was my main concern. Really sturdy. Only issue is that I have a weathertech cargo liner and where the table sits when it's stored, it pushes the liner in and bends it up. Not a bid deal to me though.

Seems like a decent shelf but if you don't have a riv nut tool (not a rivet gun - it's different) you can't install it. Description of ths item says you need "rivet tool" which is a rivet gun. Again, that won't help you. Included instructions are not great.
