It's a pretty good roof rack, but a major issue is that it doesn't come with a manual. I had to rely on online video tutorials for installation and ended up installing it twice. However, considering the relatively low price, it's a good choice overall.

Really nice platform roof rack for the over landing look at half the price of other brands. Only negative is the rack sits too high in the front and I think the brackets could be re-drilled to get the rack to sit lower/parallel to the roof. Building the rack took a while and the Install was pretty straight forward because the mounting brackets were labeled left-front, right-rear etc. over all I’m very happy with the product especially considering the price. ... show more

The rack is made of soft aluminum. It came with out without instructions and there is no video in youtube or the web and I had to add bolts and nuts that wasn't included.. it took me about 2 hours to figure it out. The plastic they used to pack the racks is a pain to remove. Also one of the side panel it came bend it at the end looks like it wasn't new. ... show more

parts well marked for location, but downloadable instructions were terrible. spent time looking at YouTube videos and got it together. The “but” is regarding the noise level. anything over 60 MPH, and the car vibrates from the roof down and wind noise is unbearable. A redesign of the wind fairing is in order. it doesn’t sit high enough to cover the actual rack bed ... show more

It takes some work to get it put together and the instructions aren't very clear. Fun fact if you drive a toyota hatchback with the cross bars this will fit perfectly, just use a couple big U-bolts and you're good.

MASONS REVIEW: I bought this knowing it would need work, and at half the price of others I was willing to take a shot. I bought a piece of 1/8" black acrylic (plexiglass) and cut it slightly larger than the front deflector so that it met all the way to the top of the bars. I also let the bottom over hang just a bit and added trim seal which I also got off amazon. I did not have to re drill any holes the fit is fantastic. I built it off the car , attached the brackets to the car loosely and sat the rack on top until I aligned litle by little. I have a very tolerable wind noise similar to maybe a sunroof being slightly cracked open( your mounting something on the roof of a car expect it to make noise). Wrapping it up, if you can deal with slight wind noise and make a front deflector better then go for it! ... show more
