Ok so I got this to be able to easily carry my husband's folding electric wheelchair around easier than having to fold it and lift it into the cargo area. In that it's perfect, however my husband's wheelchair is narrower than most of the higher priced electric wheelchairs on the market such as jazzy etc and just barely fits. It's sturdy enough and easy enough to assemble. May be a bit heavy for elderly people as its about 75lbs assembled. Is as mentioned a bit narrow so make sure you carefully measure your chair or scooter but overall for our purpose it's a great product and price wasn't bad either compared to some on the market. ... show more

    • Not well made. You kinda get what you pay for.
The ramp is too short so it doesn't reach the ground properly. With the ramp being short it makes it very steep on the back of a little pickup or SUV so the power chairs wheels start to spin because of the uneven surface.

Flimsy and already missing main support bracket. Sits too high, instructions are worthless. Spent more time returning it than actually putting it together after realizing a major part was missing.

The included instructions are useless. Hardly any useful information. Next time please just include a clear color picture or two of how the hardware is installed. Well-constructed and sturdy Hardware.

    • You get what you pay for
I was truly looking forward to this problem, as I often travel with an electric scooter. Being able to travel independently is extremely important to me. I have to say that initial impressions were a bit good. At least until I started assembling this thing. As someone else pointed out, the instructions are useless. You can certainly tell this was transcribed by someone who doesn't speak English natively, or they used Google Translate to interpret. Either way the written instructions and associated pictures, showed not bearing or help putting this thing together. It took me and my helper longer than it should have to trial and error this thing together. Especially concerning were that instructions for assembling the securing pins gave no indication how to accomplish it. Found out later that were even had parts missing. To top it all off, it's way too heavy and cumbersome for a single person to assemble alone. You will need some help. After a couple weeks of use, the ramp securing pin fell off in the road. Now I have to use a ti down strap to keep it from flopping around. Will never by from this company again and do not recommend it. ... show more
