I originally contacted this seller to get some parts to finish an existing set of rails that I had gotten on a recently purchased used car. They stood nothing to gain by sending me anything for free, but chose to accomodate me with no hassle. Unfortunately, the parts I thought would salvage my rails did not (key location had changed slightly from my version), so it was on to plan B, purchasing new. Since I'd had a great experience with their support, I chose to use them for new purchase. Honestly, I'm glad I did. The updated rails are that much better of a color match with my Rav4 (2021 Prime SE), and as a result look great. Installation was simple enough, and I had them on in about 20 minutes. Needed tools were part of the installation package, I didn't even bother with my tool box. For the price, I'm not sure what could be better. There are definitely more expensive rails out there, but these do the job well, don't whistle, and match well enough with the gloss black trim elsewhere on the vehicle. ... show more

I have yet to use this item but did want to note the item arrived very well packaged to prevent transit issues. Instructions were mostly clear, parts were well labeled and all necessary tools were provided. Installed in about 30-40 minutes. Fit and attachment are both very good. Seems really solid and looks nice - we expect this to last as long as the vehicle. We had a small issue with ours and when I reached out to customer support, they were great to deal with and explained things well. That made me feel even better about this purchase. It fit our 2019 Rav4 great. It clearly states in the directions that the bars are different lengths and which end the shorter end goes, so for those claiming these are too short likely didn't read the directions. It was pretty easy to install, and the directions were good other than the last step. When placing the last piece on (the locking cap), you want to push the largest part of the piece down into the base, and then snap the top piece onto the bar. Also of note, the key can't come out of the lock when it's unlocked. I just saved you a minute of frustration, you're welcome. ... show more

I bought these for my 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE and they fit perfectly. The first set arrived damaged but the exchange was simple and painless. The second set arrived with a small cosmetic defect (likely from shipping) but they still function and it's nothing that wouldn't eventually happen from normal wear and tear. They look nice and appear very sturdy. The install is very simple but took a little longer than I would like due to having to hand tightly every bolt/screw. I found this rack after a couple of pill attempts with other ones that bring cheap plastic keys and tools. This one was amazing, bringing all the necessary tools high quality and easiness to install.     • Fits perfectly but instructions were a bit rough
The instructions are a bit rough but there's a You Tube video that helps with this exact RAV4 model. The important thing to know is that the 4 corner pieces are all different, the front cross rail is longer than the rear one. The labels for each corner piece was on the bottom f each box for my delivery and once I sorted that the labels on the parts for right side = passenger side (US) and the front and back are different, very easy. There are labels stamped on each piece, each gasket, but I can never "read" picture instructions-- everything was perfect and easy once I got orientation right. It';s important to leave the small hex screws that are attached to the crossbar slightly loose until the very end of the install then tighten them all up while the roof rack is securely attached and the covers are locked down. ... show more

    • Strength and Stability - All In One
The installation process was quite easy thanks to the RAV-4s having only 1 bolt that you need to use. The product itself was easy to put together and the bars themselves are STRONG. Plenty strong and durable enough for my fishing kayak (FeelFree Lure 11.5) which is over 90 pounds and 11.5 feet long.
