What an interesting surprise - the Seller contacted me and offered a full refund along with an apology - so there is hope for us! I accepted with the request that I hope they work on improving the design and manufacture of the very little but crucial part of the usb connectors, which had fallen awry with very little use. I supplied them with closeup photos of the problems, and hope they are helpful, as I liked the product very much, it fit perfectly into the hand, took up little space and did the task well; I especially liked the purple colour I chose! I've upped the Overall rating from 1 star to 3.5 stars. ___________________________ I've had this a little over 3 months - it worked quite well for the light task I needed cleaning up erasings from artwork, and easy to hold and to store. However, the end that plugs into the unit just fell apart, even though I only had to recharge it once every 7-10 days, so it wasn't as if I had overused it. At first it wouldn't recharge when I plugged it in as if it wasn't making sufficient contact, but one try later, it wouldn't make contact at all. VERY disappointed in the poorly designed recharging aspect of it. And of course it malfunctions just shortly after the return window closed. It makes me suspect it was designed in this way. Avoid this product. If anyone has found something better, I'd like to hear!

Works great for my home office and/or computer and desk. As for my car...it's just to small to clean a JEEP Rubicon. I would highly recommend this for every gamer to keep their computer, keyboard and console clean of dust and debris.

When I purchased this item, I was very excited, since I am a clean freak. Finally received and I'm very disappointed, mine does not keep a charge and I made sure to fully charge before using it for the first time. I have had no luck contacting the manufacture or at least get a number for customer service. I don't want my money back I just want one that works fine. Update. The seller contacted me after my review and they made things right by sending me another to make up for the error. Amazing customer service... the vacuum now works great. Thank you

RUBOT is so quiet I thought it did not have much power (6000kPA), but it picked up everything I apply it too. It works best if I clean the filter regularly. It's amazing how much ddust and debris they collect. The filters are not shaped like other filters, so I hope replacements continue to be available in the future. It does have a blower as well (all suckers do–it's a law of physics I think). The previous model I bought by mistake only sucked, no blow. There are so many models to choose from, many with more "suction power" assuming the filter is clean. It is confusing, some are battery-operated, some use and adapter to plug into a wall, some plug into the former "cigarette lighters" in automobiles. I prefer the USB charging cable (those are confusing as well). Lord, have mercy. We are being replaced by bots and "resistance is futile," so choose wisely my firend (note: with Amazon, you can always return it. (I didn't say that)). It may take a few hours to charge and about the same time for the cleaned fileter to driy. It is useful for debris that doesn't require the shp vac. I recommend cleaning filter often. That is easier than waiting until it is chalk full for you know--dust, mites, and spiders, oh my!"
