We had a paper bag sized (wax coated) bag with handles for our recyclables in our kitchen (from the Container Store). Although cute enough, we were taking out the recyclables every few days. This plastic bin fits nicely in a small kitchen corner, out of the walkway. We are making a lot less trips outside now! We line the bin with 13 gallon garbage liners + carry just the liner outside.
