I’m very disappointed with this automatic cat litter box. It simply does not work as advertised. The lights keep blinking constantly, and there is no way to reset the unit to make them stay solid again. Because of this, the automatic cleaning function never works properly. Instead of cleaning itself, I constantly have to check on it because the litter box stays dirty all the time. It completely defeats the purpose of buying an automatic litter box in the first place. I honestly don’t know if mine arrived defective from the factory, but it has never worked correctly since day one. Very frustrating experience and definitely not worth the money.

Mixed reviews. Decent size perfect for multiple cats. Usually, it should work right after the cats have done their business. There is a delay sometimes. And in sometimes it works perfectly fine. The amount of calendar that we're saving makes the difference. Because she's being clean multiple times in a day. Trying to get at work with an app have not been able to yet. But I don't mind. Because it is doing its job. Odor has been control. They are different ones that you can find on different websites. I like this one. It's the first one that I've ever bought. That's mechanical, electronic. It hasn't been too long that I bought it. But so far it's doing its job. It's plastic, and you might have some thoughts on it. But because it does rotate multiple times during the day, the dirty cat litter does not stay.That should help the odor. Easy cleaning so far.Having had a problem yet. It doesn't take too long to clean. Overall it's doing its job.

Love this self cleaning cat litter box. It's just the right size for my cats, they tend to like the open boxes. Cleans perfectly and easy to open the bottom to replace the bag. The box is a bit taller than most so it can go longer without having to change. The built in step for the cat is also a plus.

*UPDATED* The company reached out to me referencing my review and did an excellent job helping fix the issue. I bumped up my review to reflect the excellent customer service. I am keeping my review up as this is the experience I had with the unit. Maybe mine was just faulty. All in all, I appreciate the company taking it upon themselves to amend the issue and make things right. *OLD REVIEW* I was impressed at first with the build quality in relation to the price. It worked really well at first but sounded like it’s struggling a bit. I’m not really a fan of single star reviews but this, purely based off functionality, deserves 1 star. After 3 weeks I am returning it due to it malfunctioning. Firstly, I have had to unplug the unit to reset it several times a day for about a week because it keeps locking itself and won’t auto cycle after being used or allow me to press the manual cycle button to force a clean. Even after “resetting” it, it locks itself after about 5 minutes. Secondly, it references an app in the directions but no app exists and the directions through translation don’t make a lot of sense. Thirdly, the hole that everything dumps into is fairly small and the rotating drum doesn’t have much space between the body. That caused several clumps to get caught and caused quite the mess with solids. Lastly, the default length of time the unit waits before running a cleaning cycle doesn’t always leave enough time for clumps to form. With no app to adjust that setting, that has also caused some messes between the drum and body.

2 weeks and it’s dug its own grave. The entire concept of this litter box seems like a steal for the price point but you’ll soon find out it’s an expensive piece of trash. And men selling stolen goods off the back of a truck can be located easier than customer service. •The instructions are sorely lacking on any information that may help solve a problem with the unit •No explanation of the lights for the buttons •No way to get in touch with RPZ customer service •the first couple times the unit was used it goes back into “child lock” before it automatically scoops the litter. And the instructions don’t tell you which combination of buttons unlocks child lock •if a red blinking light is indicated you won’t know why, no matter what you do to fix it.

I wanted this to be great 🙁. Now way is this for big cats. My smallest cat barely has enough space, and he’s 7-8 pounds. Hard to clear error codes, can’t find a litter liner replacement that fits. I could return this, but I have paralyzing anxiety, so I am stuck with it. 😭
