I am loving this unit. I am big fella, 6'2 and 350lbs and this rowing machine is amazing. I can fully extend my legs and the pulleys are very smooth. It took me around 25min to put everything together with instructions being very clear and all tools included. The screen is informative with plenty of modes to select from. The pull force is easy adjustable and the level 16 does gives you a good workout, remember I am a big guy. Another amazing thing for the unit is it's compatibility. Very little storage needed on the upright position and the wheels make it easy to put it anywhere in meter of seconds. Looking forward to use it daily and start getting myself in better shape and help me with my back muscles. ... show more

    • Extremely disappointed Missing all assembly parts
Product arrived quickly and I was so excited to put it together and start a great workout. Unfortunately that was impossible as the rowing machine was delivered with absolutely NO ASSEMBLY TOOLS OR HARDWARE. There is not one single bolt, nut or screw delivered with the product. The description lists multiple bolts, nuts, screws and hardware needed for assembly. Nothing was provided. Extremely disappointing. The only items that arrived in the unopened, well packaged box were the machine parts itself, with no possible way of building the at home towing machine. So disappointing, I understand accidents and issues occur during the packaging process but this is something that should be discovered before shipping out a product to a customer. If you are a bit older and have lower back pain, this could be a game changer! It has been for me! This low impact exercise is just what I needed to significantly decrease what had previously been a constant pain in my lower back. Just 5-10 minutes a day and most of my pain is gone. I, of course, checked with my doctor to make certain there wasn’t anything else that should be treated first! If I get busy and forget to exercise, the pain is back!     • Impressive for the price!
I was honestly skeptical about this ... but it arrived today and it took me about 30 minutes to put it together (the directions are decent, and there's honestly not a lot of parts, and most of the screws are the same). The quality is better than I thought it would be for the price, and though I have only used it twice so far, it does the job ... it's a basic rower that adds to my workouts ... the lower settings aren't much of a challenge, but once resistance gets in the 12-16 range it definitely works that cardio, especially if rowing is new to you (it's a pretty solid whole body workout). I think over time I might max out the resistance as far as a cardio challenge (I deducted a star for that), but I suspect that it's pretty far down the road and I can always sell it and upgrade. ... show more
