  • This product is very helpful!
I recently purchased the PARAMED Automatic Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor, and I’m very satisfied with it. The monitor is lightweight, compact, and easy to use perfect for keeping at home or taking on the go. The digital screen is clear and large enough to read without straining, and the instructions were straightforward, so setup only took a couple of minutes. The cuff fits comfortably on the wrist, and the readings are quick, usually within 30 seconds. I tested it multiple times to check consistency, and the results were accurate when compared with a standard arm cuff at my doctor’s office. I also like that it stores past readings, which makes it easy to keep track of trends without having to write everything down. ... show more

  • Very accurate and consistent
Pretty accurate and easy to use. I’ve had much more expensive monitors and they were inconsistent with their readings, but the one is a quarter of the price and half the size but works way better. My doctor actually recommended that I get a wrist monitor because they are more accurate and cheaper in her opinion than the $100 ones I’ve owned. ... show more

  • Works
Good enough. Gets the job done.

  • Readings All Over the Place!
I tried taking my blood pressure three times in a row, and every number was completely different. The inconsistency makes it impossible to trust. Not helpful at all.

  • PARAMED Automatic Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor: Blood-Pressure Kit of Bp Cuff
I love this, very accurate, easy to use. Well made

  • Inaccurate and frustrating to use
I bought this Paramed wrist blood pressure monitor hoping it would be an easy way to check my blood pressure at home, but it’s been nothing but frustrating. The readings are all over the place — one minute it says my pressure is super high, the next it’s way too low. I’ve tried following all the directions, keeping my wrist at heart level, sitting still, everything, and it still gives random results. The cuff feels cheap and doesn’t tighten evenly, and half the time the monitor either errors out or shuts off mid-reading. My wrist is small but should be close to average for many women and no matter how much a pull and try to tighten, it still flops around on my wrist and very loose. It’s basically useless if you’re trying to track your health accurately. I wish I had spent a little more for something that actually works. ... show more

  • Is it Accurate?
I like the unit. Easy to use. Cheap. Decent build. A little air pump runs inside the unit and it inflates slightly, just like an upper arm cuff. It fits right into place on wrist. When running it creates slight pressure on the wrist, and for me a slight throb in the thumb, so there are clearly pressure indicators to get readings from. My upper arm cuff used to read 152 over 91. Some days better. It was 10 years old. Bought this and it reads 110 over 74 at the wrist. I put 2 photos, one right after coming up stairs, the second 10 minutes later. I really hope it's accurate. I need to take it with me on my next check up, or over to the urgent care to check it against a medical grade. It's a big drop from the other unit. I haven't taken my blood pressure meds lately because these readings are pretty good and if accurate would make my BP too low. I feel nervous about the unit, so as soon as possible I want to test. I'll update the post. ... show more

  • Easy, portable, comfortable
THE ONLY DEVICE that actually works! Easy to use, comfortable to wear and I can carry it around. The display is the perfect size and easy to read. My BP is taken very quickly and unlike other devices I have tried, it doesn't take a while around my wrist to work.
Reviewed in the United States on October 23, 2025 by These were just what I was looking for. Wanted a boot for work that was casual enough for a construction office. Walking around NYC with these for a week now and they are very comfy. Color is as expected. May purchase in another color.
