  • Great results, compared to my doctors office testing.
Hi I would like to share my review of the Paramed wrist blood pressure monitor. I have had high blood pressure for a long time. I use to travel a lot and take my large arm pressure unit with me. I’m on high blood pressure medication. So I need to take my blood pressure periodically. The Paramed is the 3rd unit I tested for my use. The first two did not work according to the product statements. This one is easy to use, very readable display and easy to set up. It is not Bluetooth or cannot be linked to your phone. It is inexpensive and the cuff fits perfectly on your wrist. Reading are in 30 seconds. I highly recommend you give it a try for yourself ... show more

  • Easy to use. Compact and accurate.
Great for checking blood pressure and heart rate. Easy, compact and has a built in memory with time and date making easy to track or log your blood pressure readings. I check this BP cuff against the Doctors office and seem to be accurate.

  • Easiest way to take your blood pressure
I love it. Using the arm one was a pain in the you know what I keep getting messages saying error cuff and you had to hold your hand a certain way and even when you did, it wouldn’t take it. It used to take me five or six times to get a reading. This one is so easy you just put it on your wrist and it takes you less than a minute also, this one shows you your past readings where the other one were supposed to, but never did. ... show more

  • Contradictory blood pressure readings
My issue with this blood pressure monitor lies in the variability of its readings, as well as the high figures it occasionally displays when I use it. During my very first measurement, it indicated 150/93 mmHg; upon repeating the reading immediately afterward, it showed 145/90 mmHg. This led me to suspect that something was amiss and caused me to question its reliability—especially given that I do not suffer from hypertension, and my blood pressure readings never exceed 120/80 mmHg when checked by my doctor during routine appointments. In my opinion, the readings are inconsistent and unreliable, even when the instructions are followed to the letter. Nevertheless, I appreciate that the device is compact and practical, making it easy to carry anywhere without taking up much space. Furthermore, it includes a protective plastic cover that shields it from bumps or impacts; however, I still maintain that the most important thing is for the device to perform its primary function without issues—which is precisely why I have assigned it this rating. ... show more

  • Accurate and Easy to Use
This blood pressure monitor is very easy to use and gives fast, accurate readings. The screen is clear and easy to read, even for older family members. It gives me peace of mind being able to check my blood pressure at home. Highly recommend!

  • Great but is it accurate??
Pretty cool unit and very easy to use over the arm style units. HOWEVER, I have several arm unit and I tested them against this writ unit and I am concerned about accuracy. Tested 3 times and both arm units had close to the same reading, the wrist was way lower each time. And this is right out of the box with fresh batteries. ... show more
