I was very impressed when this pan arrived. I used it right away for supper and was pleasantly surprised. The handle did not get hot and the cover handle was warm but ok to touch. The pan seams like it is made of quality steel and feels good and solid in your hands. The weight is just right for this 67 yr old lady! I bought this to supplement a set of coated cookware. It’s nice, heavy gauge metal in the same blue as the coated set. What’s nice about it is that it heats evenly and you don’t have to babysit a nonstick finish. Cleanup is easy.
