I found the roller devices to be sturdy enough for the weights intended. Rollers work well and brakes work with ease and do not take great force to engage. only needs to make contact with front rollers not engage tightly, I really like that, less chance of roller damage. The problem found was that the pads used to place the appliance feet are thin and rather hard. The appliance (stove) kept coming off when trying to roll back into position, 2 feet back. ended up putting adhesive on pads to hold the roller unit to the stove. Not a huge amount, just enough to feet and unit in place. let it dry before moving. did not try hot glue for the stove. going to try hot glue for the refrigerator.
