I recently had some issues with my health and needed help with cleaning and mopping. I don’t have carpet so this was the perfect robot. It’s quiet, cleans well, mops better than I can say the money and looks clean and acts efficient! I found it easy to set up and the suction to be adequate. Very happy with this machine!

Overall the vacuum works great! I got it on Black Friday so it was on a huge sale! Have been using it for over a month now and it developed a squeak. I saw some other reviews that mention this as well. No one had a fix so I looked into it and figured it out :). The front small wheel that turns directions is the culprit. It pops right out of its place then simply clean the debris of the metal shaft. Then the final IMPORTANT step is to lubricate the shaft. I first just cleaned the dog hair off but it squeaked right away still. I had some Tread Mill Oil I used. Back to being squeak free now :)

Not a fan - this completely stopped working within six months of me buying it. Before that, it worked just fine. It does the job with no frills...until it stops working. Not impressed with the longevity of the machine.

Great maid! Gets into some small areas and does a goo job. Remove rugs first, but goes over low pile carpet just fine. Beats if she gets stuck. I rearranged a few things so she could find all my dust bunnies. The replacement air filters, mop heads and brushes are very reasonable. You can wash the filters four or five times easily. She runs about two hours on a single charge then returns to her base. Charges fully in about eight hours. Easy to clean dirt trap. Saves my back both sweeping and mopping. Does a good job mopping too.

Aesthetically pleasing - looks nice in the room. The suction on this vacuum is pretty good and it moves over hurdles and switches flooring types with ease. The downside is that it doesn’t seem to know where it has been or where it’s going. I purchased this for an office space which has quite a bit of furniture and other items to navigate around. This vacuum seems to only turn at 90 degree angles. When it bumps into something, it will make a 90 degree turn and then keep going until it bumps into something else then makes another random turn. It’s just all over the place leaving large areas untouched. I realize that the description doesn’t state that it has a mapping feature, however, even without it, I would think, as a “robot vacuum”, it would have better smart technology.

I have a big hall. No one in my family wants to clean it. I chose this robot vacuum cleaner. It is easy to set up. It vacuums and mops the floor every day. It automatically goes back to charge after the task is completed. This makes us all very happy. And the places it walks on are very clean, just like the floor is mopped manually.
