We are very happy with this robot vacuum. It came 60% charged and it was easy to set up. Within two hours, it had my house mapped and started cleaning. My house is a little over 2000 ft.² and he had no problem mapping and cleaning the house. Battery life seems to be very good though we just got the vacuum today so we will see! What I like a lot about it is that each room on the map is different colors so easily defined. I would highly recommend buying this vacuum! ... show more

This little machine sounds really powerful on carpeting. Seems to be working ok. Haven’t been able to connect to WiFi. Will have to call someone who’s more tech savvy. Haven’t had the chance to try the floor washer yet either. I purchased this machine because it appears to be a good quality model.

    • A Must-Have for Pet Owners with Hard Floors! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I am very happy with this robot vacuum! It has been one of the best purchases I’ve made for my home. It runs perfectly, and it has made my daily cleaning routine so much easier. I have two cats, so there is always fur on the floor. Since I started using this vacuum, I no longer have to worry about constantly sweeping. I simply schedule the cleaning time through the app, and it automatically does the job. The LiDAR navigation maps my home accurately, cleans efficiently, and even vacuums and mops at the same time. One of my favorite features is the self-emptying dock. I don’t have to empty the dustbin after every cleaning because the robot returns to its charging station, empties itself into the larger dust container, and is ready for the next cleaning. It’s incredibly convenient. The only downside I’ve noticed is that it doesn’t perform very well on thick carpets. Mine occasionally gets stuck, so I mainly use it on my hard floors. Fortunately, most of my home has hard flooring, so this isn’t a big issue for me. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this robot vacuum. It saves me so much time, keeps my floors clean every day, and is definitely worth the money. I highly recommend it, especially if you have pets and mostly hard floors. ... show more

I’m rating the machine I received. Bought this new, not used, because it was rated 5 stars and was ~$250. It was malfunctioning right from the start. It would leave the docking station, go a few inches then attempt to return to the docking station. It couldn’t find it and sat there. I tried some recommended troubleshooting fixes then I decided I didn’t need to see anymore or contact anyone, I was done with it. Everyone else who bought this had a completely different experience. It is light weight to move to different floors and if it worked properly and did everything it is supposed to do it might be a great vacuum. I’ll never know. ... show more

It’s such a nice and convenient little robot! It’s always when we are asleep or not at home that it cleans. Coming home to a clean house has been so pleasant! Doesn’t pick up dog food easily. Leaves trails of rolled up dog hair behind. Not easy to set up none of the QR codes that come with the box or instructions work. My floor looks better than it did, but it still left streaks and dark spots that were not properly mopped. Can’t figure out how to hook it up to my Wi-Fi. ... show more
