While I loved the ease of this pens use, it died after its second charge rendering it useless when needed. It was a total waste of money. Updated 4/28/24 I was contacted about my issue with the pen. When I explain what my issue was, they sent me a replacement immediately at no cost (unlike others). These folks completely stand by their stuff. Since receiving, it works great! Purchased in feb of this year for my daughter. Worked great until a couple days ago. It won’t turn on. I’m trying to figure out why. Hopefully I can get it fixed soon.

When it was working it was good, but after only a month i was no longer able to turn it on. The charging light turned on, but tapping to activate the pencil no longer functioned.
