It made for a fantastic Christmas present. It seems to work well, it doesn't leak and picks up even the tiny pieces of dirt on the floor. Sometimes he can get confused and go off course but I like to think hes just exploring. Picks up well on rugs and wood floors, haven't tried it on thick carpet. Im not impressed with the mopping feature because it does leave streaks sometimes but the vaccum feature is great! Battery life is around 2 hours. Oh and hes not obnoxiously loud! Would definitely recommend.

Update: This robot vacuum was so useless I had to buy another. The cloth underneath does not hold (and I even bought new ones). The vacuum drags it around like a diaper on the wrong side no matter what I do. Then it snags on any rugs and tries to drag the rug with it. Also, suction somehow builds up in the water tank. It only squirts water for a short time. Total waste of money! It was time to replace my Roomba, and I read the great reviews of this product. I regret buying this robot vacuum as a replacement. I've had 3 prior robot vacuums and the same house layout/furnishings. My prior robot vacuums did not get stuck so often. This product gets stuck over cords and bath mats. It also wedges itself into areas such as beside the toilet, next to the piano, and a corner lamp area. My prior vacuums never got stuck in these areas. I have to constantly babysit this thing as it is cleaning. I feel like I might as well vacuum and mop manually. Also, the cloth pad underneath is tricky to apply correctly after cleaning. I only found this out after the robot was done and I flipped it over - the cloth pad was folded in half. So it didn't clean properly. Speaking of proper cleaning, it does not have the direct brush assembly underneath like my prior Roombas. So I'm not sure how well it actually will remove dirt. It did collect items in the waste bin which is easily emptied. I don't recommend buying this robot vacuum unless you want to supervise it and get it unstuck several times as it cleans.

Moving into a much larger home was a huge adjustment, but this vacuum has been a total lifesaver. It does a fantastic job of keeping the floors pristine without me having to lift a finger. It works incredibly well as long as I do a quick sweep to make sure small items are picked up first. My only minor gripe is that it occasionally gets stuck on the corners of my area rugs when it tries to turn, but otherwise, it’s been a game-changer for maintaining such a big space. Highly recommend for anyone with a large home!

I have never had one of these robot vacuums before and I absolutely love it. Not only does it vacuum, but it does a light mopping as well. The price was amazing and it works fabulously.
