It is very very nice, works great. I got this as a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. The coffee comes out boiling hot, and tastes great. The machine is very nice and sturdy, we just leave out on the counter and it’s been great there. You can move it around as you like and not worry about breaking it. It holds water and coffee grounds very well. No leakage at all!

I just received this espresso machine yesterday and wanted to share my first impressions before I dive into more testing (I’ll update as I go). Design & Build: The stainless steel finish is absolutely gorgeous. It looks sleek and professional, and the visible pressure gauge really adds to that barista-style feel. The tamper handle has a nice heavy, luxurious weight to it that makes the whole setup feel high-end. At just 11.8" x 6" x 11.8" and only 7.5 lbs, it’s compact enough to fit in my hospital office without sacrificing style or presence. Setup & Features: Setup was quick and straightforward. The packaging was neat and professional, and I appreciated the detailed instruction manual with recipes, tips, and tricks. I love that it comes with a reusable filter (no need to constantly buy paper filters), customizable coffee volume, and the 360° adjustable steam wand. I do wish it came with a small brush for sweeping away extra grounds, but the included cleaning tool clips neatly onto the frother wand, which is a nice touch. Performance: This is a 20-bar machine, and my first double shot came out strong, smooth, and topped with great crema. I only drink double shots (single shots don’t cut it for long hospital shifts), and this machine had no problem delivering consistent pressure. Flavor-wise, it’s comparable to a larger, more expensive competitor machine I own at home. I’ll be testing the steam wand this weekend for frothing, but so far, everything about the brewing process feels satisfying and professional. Overall: Stylish, compact, and powerful—this espresso machine is perfect for anyone looking to bring café-quality shots into a smaller space. For beginners, it’s approachable and easy to use, and for coffee lovers like me, it’s a great secondary machine for the office. Highly recommended.

They have not for 6 months to buy a big expensive machine at this I found. This machine is the big punch. It's quality, easy to use, directions are easy peasy, simple, wonderful espresso, and it saves me $40 a week. It pays for itself in one month. It's quality comfort excellent investment

Awesome little machine.. my old one broke, got this one, quick delivery, fair price. Make awesome espresso. I only drink Americanos and the natural "butter foam" on top from the beans only is always perfect. I would have to mess with my old machine to get it to do that, hardly ever, this one .. every.. single.. time... I get the foam. My wife drinks lattes and thebl steamer makes great milkfoam too. Heats up very quick.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great little espresso machine for the following reasons: * Quality build, stainless steel parts * Ease to clean and assemble * Portafilter fits easily into the machine * Steam wand moveable and easy to clean * Drip plate easy to clean and removable * High capacity water tank * Two coffee baskets (double/single shot) This machine is the real deal folks, it’s easy to use, easy to clean and it’s a totally quality build. This espresso machine feels durable and made of quality materials. I’ve made really delicious café mochas and lattes. The steam wand makes frothing milk easy. Tips: 1) Ensure you clean machine by filling water tank and turning on the steam wand. 2) Once prepped depress cup button to allow hot water through espresso maker/portafilter as well. 3) When frothing milk ensure milk is warm, put in microwave 15/30 secs. 4) Clean after each use… AND HANDWASH ALL PARTS- DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER! And ENJOY GREAT ESPRESSO!

Works great. I can use a coarser grind and have a reasonably dry puck and smooth non-bitter brew. There is no water release via internal pressure valve onto the counter which is great. I replaced the last one (a Bosenkitchen) which leaked a lot.
