The media could not be loaded. This vacuum robot comes with a automatic mop , sweeper and automated features. Smart life app works great for it. I have set a routine timer to start the vacuum in the morning. When i come down my house is all clean.it has great wall and random movement features. It swipes all the hairs of my dog and mops the stain in the floor. There is no more kitchen waste on the floor. Battery life is great and covers my 1800 sq feet living room and kitchen. It self docking feature is perfect. Great deal for the price !!! Easy to use and install. A must buy product.

I have 2 dogs that shed quite a bit. I turn this on every day and it really helps keep the dog hair down. It saves my time and back on the regular vacuum. Its a great buy and works very well. Highly recommend the Robotic Vacuum Cleaner. Just side note it is great exercise for my dogs as they like to chase it.

I’ve been using this robot vacuum and mop, and it’s really good. It cleans the floor well and saves me a lot of time. It picks up dust and also mops nicely. I just set the schedule, and it works on its own. It’s quiet, smart, and easy to use. I’m really happy with it!

I have two dogs that shed a lot, and the AZQQ S2 handles the pet hair like a champ—no tangles at all! It vacuums and mops in one go, which saves me so much time, especially on my hardwood floors. The suction is strong, and it easily fits under my furniture to clean spots I usually miss. I love that I can control it from my phone or just ask Alexa to start it. Bad first. Knew I was in for a ride when I saw the condition of the unit’s manufacturer box; badly torn and messily taped (photo 1). Received a previously opened box with used unit that is missing remote & User Manual, and is filled with water already. Pictures indicate previous usage. I tried to see if I could empty the unit of water before returning, but only succeeded in finding more signs of previous use. The electrical cord/transformer was stuffed in the top of the box outside the cardboard-formed inside packaging that held the unit in place. It had also been previously unwrapped and was not in its original coils. There was no plastic wrapping the unit in the box, which typically electronic devices come with the main unit wrapped loosely in a plastic bag, and everything else is also somehow wrapped in packaging material. None of that. I found two parts in the bottom of the box, but only because I went looking for them. One looked like an extra bumper brush for the unit; the other was a cleaning tool/brush. The robot disc itself was covered in schmutz… dirty finger prints (see photo 2). Considered keeping it and taking my chances that the reason for previous return was due to seller remorse rather than malfunctioning vac/mop, but in attempting to put it into service, it became obvious that all the elements included in a never-removed-from-box unit were not present. Namely a User Manual as referenced by the Quick Start User Guide & the remote would be handy! Next… The Good. I turned unit completely upside-down upon initial inspection out of the box. I actually heard water sloshing inside the unit. So, what’s the good news? Not a drop came out of it when I turned it over, and the inside of the box was completely dry. Unit holds water most excellently. I initiated a chat session upon determining that I had an issue that needed resolution one way or the other… either new replacement of unit or full refund. I received a CSR that was pleasant, knowledgeable, able to communicate in an understandable manner, and eager to satisfy me in whatever choice I made about the unit. After posing many questions and getting satisfactorily understandable and reasonable answers, I chose to return this unit for a full refund. Final Comments: This review has nothing to do with the quality of the 2-in-1 vac/mop robot unit, as I never got the chance to even plug it in for a test drive. The review is more about the business practices of the seller from whom I made this purchase. I spent several days reviewing different models offered in amazon and reading reviews. I finally chose this unit based on fact that though it had reviews numbering only in the hundreds against others with reviews in the thousands, it had a 5-star rating. The machine may be a good one. Unfortunately the seller chose to NOT open the box of a previously purchased unit being returned in an open-box state to check whether all the original parts shipped with the unit had indeed been returned and whether it had actually been used or not. Because it should have been treated as a “refurbished” unit and sold as such after any missing parts were replaced in the box, unit had been fully tested for proper functioning capabilities, and unit had been emptied of water, fully cleaned, and carefully repackaged with whatever materials might be necessary to ensure its safe arrival to next purchaser. Buy beware… of this seller.

I bought this robot vaccum/mop because I have 2 huskies and it's difficult to keep the floors clean. We have laminate, linoleum, kitchen rugs/mats and a huge rug on our main floor where it's used. I like that it does a nice job of mopping and vacuuming as far as maintenance of the floors, so I really only vaccum/mop once or twice a week and the floors stay looking nice. It would not take the place of weekly floor cleaning for us though. I run it every day at the same time. Its easy to set the times/days you want it to run via the app. It moves on all of our flooring easily, except occasionally getting stuck on a corner of our smaller rugs. It was getting stuck under our coffee table and on the bases of our bar stools so I got furniture risers for the coffee table and I put out pool noodles each morning to keep it away from the barstools. Otherwise it was consistently getting stuck. There also is no rhyme or reason as to where it goes. When it gets to a wall or other furniture it either bounces against it lightly or comes close and then changes direction. So each time you use it, it won't necessarily follow the same route which is good and bad. I wish it could map out and remember floor plans but I think only the really expensive ones have that capability. The modes are wall follow, random, spot clean and manual. I do wish it had the option to run in rows but it doesn't. When it's done it will send itself back to its charger. It usually takes mine a while to find it but that's no big deal. I empty it and refill water every day but i have forgotten and let it go two days and it still picked up plenty of fur! Overall for the price I'm happy with it. Someday I would like to buy one of the more expensive ones, but I don't regret this purchase.
