Outstanding! Our son has had various models of a famous robot vaccuum for years. He had been happy with them, for the most part and I had sure liked the idea of them. Then one day I noticed what a good job his vacuum was doing. It was such a noticable difference. I asked if he'd bought a new one. He had and, when he said the brand, I was shocked that he had switched to roborock. This vacuum is OUTSTANDING! In fact, I took the plunge after all the years, and bought one exactly like his. Not only does it vacuum, but it also washes hard surfaced floors as well. This roborock is far superior to anything I had seen and it's quieter besides. It has features that make it much easier to take care of as well. The sweeper bar on the bottom comes out easily and the ends pop off makeing cutting long hair that might get wound around the ends literally a snap to clean out. Even with three indoor cats, a long haired double coated dog, and my own hair, the disposable bags that it automatically empties into hold much more than my upright vacuum ever could. I would empty that twice every time I vacuumed. This roborock went a month and, wasn't actually full. Home base seems to compress everything it sucks out of the wanderer when it returns to its base. The base also cleans the twin rotating mops so effectively they look like new again and they dry so there is no mildew or any unpleasant odor. You can program this unit for cleaning intensity, tell it to clean up the kitchen or any other zone that needs it when messes happen. there are so many excellent features that it can handle all the floor chores. It even figured out to get itself across the raised door threshhold to take care of the storm porch! This robot is a rock star! Definitely the one to buy!

I had a robo vac previously which was very disappointing. I ordered this one because my house is covered in dog hair, and I get really tired of cleaning. This was a quick and easy cleaning option. It has worked out very well. I had a little bit of trouble figuring out how to program rooms, but we did get that worked out. You have to map the whole house before you can divide it into areas or rooms. It does a great job of picking up scattered dog here. The big clumps of dog hair ( I have Labradors and there ars a lot of clumps) get picked up but they do Jam the roller. It's very easy to remedy that issue. It's easy to clean. Easy to reassemble when you do have to take off the parts to release the roller. I have not tried the mopping, because my house is so big I really don't want to try to mom. But eventually I will probably try to that on the small area, where that dog paw prints are the worst. Overall quite satisfied so far. Only had it for about a month. This pack is extremely quiet. I don't even know it's running. I have trouble finding it when it has stopped somewhere because it doesn't make any noise.

I’m obsessed with this Roborock Qrevo S—it’s a legit lifesaver for keeping the house clean with almost no effort. Suction is strong (rated up to 7000Pa), so daily crumbs and pet hair disappear fast, and the mop feature actually makes floors feel clean, not just damp. The base washes the mop pads automatically and does a self-drying cycle after runs, so there’s no musty smell and way less bacteria buildup. I love that it lifts the mops on rugs so carpets don’t get wet, and the smart mapping has been accurate—neat rows, good edge cleaning, and it hasn’t gotten stuck under my furniture. Maintenance is simple: empty/replace the dust bag when prompted, top up clean water, dump the dirty tank, and rinse the mop pads occasionally. I set schedules for kitchen and high-traffic areas and it just handles it—floors stay consistently clean without me thinking about it. If you have mixed floors or kids/pets, this combo vacuum/mop is worth it. Bottom line: powerful suction, real mopping, and a base that keeps the pads clean and dry—my floors look good every day with zero micromanaging.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve only had the roborock qv 35a for a few days but it’s already proven to be the best robot vacuum I’ve ever had, by a landslide. I’ve used robot vacuums and moppers for the past 10+ years and have used multiple brands- the roborock outperforms them all. Pros: -cleaning. Between the vacuuming and the mopping, my floors are cleaner than they’ve ever been (we have 4 dogs). I was skeptical about the mop function because I had a dedicated robot mopper years ago that was a hassle to use. But it mops fantastically! -long battery life. My last vacuum, a Roomba j7+, needed to charge if doing a full clean of my house, and it was just a vacuum (no mop function). The roborock is able to vacuum and mop my house and still has 50% battery left over. -fast mapping. The sensors on the roborock were able to map faster and more thoroughly than the Roomba. -app usage. The app is reasonably intuitive and easy to use. It has pretty much every function you could want, including Pin n Go and Remote capabilities (which can be found under settings). From Pin n Go you can send your robot to any spot on the map, then have it spot clean. The Remote function lets you control the robot while it is vac-mopping so you can direct it exactly where you want it. -noise. This is the quietest robot vacuum I’ve ever had. It is even pretty quiet when emptying the bag into the dock. You can also adjust the volume of the robot’s voice (it announces when it is washing the mop, etc.). -navigation. The roborock has far less issues getting stuck than any other robot vacuum I’ve used. So far I haven’t had to add any no-go areas to my map, and was even able to put away some barriers that I had up for my Roomba. Cons: -height. The robot is pretty tall and therefore can’t fit under low furniture. This is negligible for me, but might affect some users. -no cleaning solution included. I was surprised to find that there wasn’t even a small amount of cleaning solution included. There should have been a sample that was enough to fill the water reservoir (would have been a small amount, since you dilute it in 4L of water), because you cannot use regular floor cleaner with the robot. I ended up ordering a generic cleaner which works really well and is much cheaper than the roborock brand cleaner. Does it work as well as the brand name cleaner? Who knows, since they didn’t give a sample. All in all, I am hugely impressed with the roborock. If you are on the fence, buy it. Totally worth the money! The video I uploaded is of a Pin n Go spot clean of an area where my dogs had tracked in mud (there was some leftover after running a regular cleaning cycle of my house, hence the spot clean). The picture is of the same area, but after I got a stubborn spot of mud with the Remote function.
