This laptop exceeds my expectations and more. Got it to be able to do some projects and so far has been a great experience. I see some in the comments with concerns of speed however, my experience has been the complete opposite. Quite exceptional if you ask me. Great size without being overly heavy, I spent a few hours on it after charging the 1st day I got it and I couldn’t be more content. Spent more hours on it after having it a few weeks and can honestly say this is the first laptop that doesn’t have my legs feeling like hot pockets fresh out the microwave. ZERO instructions on how or where to install the micro SD Card and adapter. I think I may need an adapter for the adapter which did NOT come with the laptop, nor are there directions on what to do if neither of these "accessories" fit the slots on the device. If Chromebooks are supposed to be easy to use from the box I shouldn't have to consult a tech to set this machine up for use. ... show more

Bought this to replace my aging 15" Chromebook. I have a Lenovo laptop/tablet combo (11") that's great, except the screen is small, so I ordered this as my main laptop. I thought this would be as good as the smaller unit, but it isn't. The issues with this one? To start with the screen has a blue cast to it, making pictures blue. Even my credit union website shows as blue, but it's actually green! Also, when reading an article then going back to a home page, it goes all the way back to the startup page! Over the last few days it's gotten VERY slow too. My five year old cheapie still works better than this one. In fact, I'm writing this review on my old laptop because I returned the new one this morning. Maybe it's just this particular unit? My daughter and her IT Security specialist husband both use Lenovo's exclusivly with no problems. ... show more
