This is a great little vacuum and mop. As with any of these vacuumes it delays the need for deep weekly cleaning. The obstical avoidance is not super great but works with homes that are somewhat tidy with few obsticals and has no issues getting around furniture. The vacuum is really good at picking up dirt from our floors and the mopping ability is also very nice with a few tweaks in the app and having it go over the floors with 2 passes you can really feel the difference on tile. This is my first one of these Robot Vacuums and the app was very easy to setup and use so don't worry about not being super tech savvy. If this vacuum is on sale go ahead and pick it up its worth the money.

This generally works very well. I’m torn between 4 and 5 stars. I’ve had a problem with it registering one of my area rugs as a cliff or drop off. It has also been stuck on same rug a couple of times. But the program learns and created an exclusion zone. So it avoids that area of the rug. It’s a small area so it’s not a big deal. The mop function works pretty well, but not as well as a person. It runs the mop and will periodically return to the dock for clean water and to clean the mop heads. We have run the vacuum almost every day without any other problems. The water tanks are reasonably large and are good for 3-4 mop sessions for about 1400 sq feet It works well for our hardwood floors. On low water, the water evaporates within 90 seconds or so. We have a dog who sheds something serious. But the floors look great. And after running the vacuum almost every day for nearly a month, I still have not had to empty the vacuum trash bag. Overall, this thing works well.

I’ve had it for over 6 months and I can honestly say this is a life changing product for me. Yes it is expensive but honestly so worth it. I tell everyone about it! Snag it on sale and you’re good to go! I have a toddler and a dog, so my floors are always covered in crumbs and dog hair. I run the vacuum function a couple times a week and aim to use the mop function at least once a week or as needed. Aside from moving items out of the way when I need to do a deep clean, and ensuring the water tank is ready, it really is a set it and forget it type of thing. The app is easy to use, from making the map of your home to setting cleaning routines and checking the device maintenance. It is especially helpful after hosting parties or large groups where your floors will get dirty quickly. I clear the way for the robot and get to work cleaning the dishes while the robot vacuums and mops other areas of the house. Multitasking at its finest! I will even prep the house and set the routine before I leave the house for the day and I come home to beautifully clean floors. I will say, the mopping is most effective if you select double mopping. The first few times I only selected single mopping and found the floor was not as clean as I’d like. I used plain tap water initially but eventually bought the Roborock brand cleaning solution to add to the water tank and found it eliminates any musty odor from the mopheads (even after washing and drying) and leaves no residue on the floor. I find the vacuum power to be very effective and I’m always satisfied with how clean both rugs and hard flooring are. So far I’ve have no maintenance issues and after over 6 months of heavy use, the original dust bag is finally almost full! I bought replacement bags and mop heads from Amazon. They’re knockoffs but seem to be great quality. I’ve replaced the mop heads once so far as over time they do tend to wear down, which is to be expected.

I just had our floors updated in laminate. This RoboRock has kept my floors sparkling clean and is SO MUCH quieter than the old Roomba I had years ago. Also, I can reduce the water used for mopping to keep the floors damp but not soaked and stops mopping over a rug/carpet. Super pleased that I got the FlexiArm as it really cleans the corners and trim clean. This is super easy to set up and I love the fact it maps out my floors and can be started and stopped in the app. You can also set it up to work on several floors which is nice to clean my entire house.

We have tried Roomba, Shark, Eufy, and Roborock robotic vacs/mops. This one beats them all hands down. We have two large dogs with long hair, and it NEVER gets caught in the brushes. It’s like a true miracle. Roborock figured it out. All others barely lasted, had to be returned, broke down, or chewed through brushes. Cleaning is great, programmable, easy to use app. It’s very quiet compared to all others. The mapping is easy and accurate. While it’s not cheap, it’s also not a cheap quality. You get what you pay for. I was not paid in any way for this review. I just finally found the right one.

Best robot vacuum cleaner we’ve owned, our second roborok. WiFi is easy to connect and reconnect if it gets disconnected. Great suction power (4 kids + 1 dog daily, hosting multiple families weekly). It’s great at dirt collection and dog hair. Struggles with some odd things like Cheerios, for instance. We swapped the main brush for the brush with rubber pieces from the older Q5 we had before and it works so much better than the brush it came with. You can buy that brush online still. Battery life is pretty good. Our downstairs is all hard floor (about 1200sqft of cleaning), and it can easily vac and mop that on one charge if it’s fully charged. Lift off refillable tanks for clean and dirty water + removable mop pads are a great design.
