This is one of the better fitting harnesses. We've tried several. However, the shoulder/chest straps do not stay at a snug adjusted length. They tend to extend to full length. It happens to be close to the correct length for our 85 lb. lab, with the full extension, but the harness does tend to slip sideways due to being a little loose. ... show more

Love this harness. My dog has pretty good freedom of movement, while at the same time I have control. I have a Siberian Husky who is an absolute Houdini. Your dog will not get out of this if you have it adjusted correctly. It is hard to adjust on your dog. I do wish the d rings were bigger and for and ring between the shoulder blades as well as the one farther back. It is hard to walk with this harness as you have very little communication with the leash attached so far back. ... show more

First thing I noticed was the exceptional quality of the materials used. It has plenty of padding in the straps and chest piece and the handle on the back is durable. I will say that the material is sturdy, the stitching is very good, and the material is soft. There are two problems though. I measured my dog properly, but it just barely fits her, it's larger. She is still a puppy though,a big puppy, so she will grow into it. If she were full grown, I would need to exchange it. The good news is that the harness is sturdy enough that it will last that long. The other thing is that the ring to hook the leash is too far back. I had to do a little McGuyvering to get her to steer properly. I have been through a lot of harnesses between growing and quality issues, I would say that the quality is worth the McGuyvering. ... show more
