Pros: super quiet and looks great, quality fan, my son had no idea it was a fan till I turned it on. Cons: Directions are confusing and the switch for the wall was a complicated wreck so we went to home depot and got a different one. Last con is that it gives off very little air, fan set to high and you can barely feel it. But that has nothing to do with the product, I wanted the look but suffer the small amount of coolness. ... show more

I needed a light over my dining table to replace the old chandelier. I wanted a ceiling fan because of the heat caused by the eat in kitchen. I do not want replace everything and have a whole new style. I wanted it to match what I already have. Then I found it - a fandolier! It is better looking in person as others have stated. The fan puts out enough air for over the table. I would not want this in a bigger area - say a bedroom. But I like it nice and cool year round. The fan is quiet and the light is bright with LEDs. But, do not expect any regular bulb or LED to fit. They are too long. Hence, the measuring of many bulbs and trying to order some that would be bright enough and that fit. Look no more. I purchased this fan x 5 and I love it! My contractor thought I was crazy purchasing a fan I'd only seen online but I knew I wanted it the minute I saw it. It puts out a lot of light. The brushed nickel and design is perfect for the look I wanted. The fan blades sit atop the fan out of sight until used, which I love. And the fan puts out a good amount of air when on. I've just had these installed so I haven't gotten to use them much, but so far I'm loving them. If I get a chance later, I'll give an update and add pictures. ... show more

This fan does not produce a lot of air, even standing under it and on mode 3. Also be aware that the diameter of the cage is only 14.5” and they state that this can is 36” so that would mean the fan blades are 21.5 inches which is not accurate either. That would make for a long blades. We ate putting this fan k er the kitchen table verses returning it and ordering another one to replace this one. It will suffice under the table as we wouldn’t want a lot of air over our heads anyway. It is a pretty fan but lacks in air flow. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I turned my formal dining room into and office in 2020 and the chandelier in there was not bright and the room gets a little stuffy. I saw "fandeliers" at Home Depot for almost $300 bucks and loved them but not the price. I also didn't really like that most of them are farm house looking in style. I searched online for weeks and found this one and chanced it. I am glad I did! It is so quiet, light is bright, and the size works to move the air nicely in a 14' x 12' room.
