I ordered this part because I broke a small piece of plastic and the suction trap wouldn’t stay together without it. I was extra careful with the new piece, and the exact same thing happened. I have searched to see if there is an alternative piece for this fragile piece of plastic, but haven’t had any luck.

So I have the petsmart wash carpet cleaner fh52000g. The spring loaded piece to the cover broke and I had to find a replacement. Ordered the wrong one even though it stated it fit my model- it most certainely did not,. Was from e-vaccum vendor. Finally found this one on Amazon but it came it broken. I don't blame amazon or my seller persay as it's out of their locus of control on how delivery companies can handle your packages. You have to be sure to order this one without the sprayer for the petsmart wash carpet cleaner, as it is the correct replacement. If I can save one person from making a costly mistake like I did from seeing this post, then it's worth mentioning. I placed 4 stars just because they depicted the correct images that I needed to see to compare to the broken one for me not to make a second purchasing mistake. And of course Amazon's customer service is always on point to get your items to you in a speedy time frame. I appreciate the easiness of this return and their expedited response to get another cover sent out.
