After having recently cleaned tile floors with a floor doctor, they were in pretty good shape. But a drooly dog and inevitable spills made some new messes. This took care of all of that. This mop is really effective in the kitchen and bathrooms, and it is quick to heat up and use. Went through the whole house in very little time, and the 4 provided pads all got some use. It cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes without any strong chemicals. It's very slow at cleaning grout, but good for floor maintenance. The floors get really clean with no residue. It's also quick to dry the floors, quicker than a floor doctor. But obviously there is an extra vacuuming step beforehand. For big areas it takes more time than a larger cleaner might, but it gets into corners and gaps that other cleaners can't. Some of the floor smells end up in the pads, and they get pretty saturated with water and dirt. The pads say hand wash only but the instructions say machine wash. I can't imagine hand washing these pads, they get pretty nasty and a washer does a good job at cleaning them. I washed them like a microfiber (cold water wash and low temperature dry), and they smelled better than new (got rid of that original shipping odor). They are not really a microfiber but more of a twisted fiber weave with a poly foam backing.

This mop worked great… at first. I used it once a month for two months and then, inexplicably, the amount of steam that it emitted reduced to nearly nothing (at the worst possible time, our floors were covered in salt from a recent winter storm!). It doesn’t clean our floors because it doesn’t produce sufficient steam. This thing belongs in the garbage.

This mop is ez to use and it does a great job. Plenty of steam for stubborn places. Great little brush for extra cleaning was a surprise, but love it. I would buy this again. Makes my life easier because it is quick to use in little time to do the job.

I really really like this steam mop however the steam scrub portion did not work on my grout as well as I hoped and my steam shot works better for grout but other than that I love this product!

This is the best investment I have ever made. Cleans and performs perfectly! I love it for my tile floors where just plain mopping etc left build up over the years. Steam cleaning has made my floors look great. It was easy to figure out, very light weight and simple to change from scrub, to steam clean and add part to do carpet or rugs. Comes with 4 pads to change when one becomes dirty and needs washing.

I had this one for years and I ordered a different brand and it put out too much water. I ordered the exact same one and just used it and it is wonderful. I have a shiner tile floor and it is perfect. I would definitely recommend this product!!!!!

I am confused by the high reviews of this steam mop - It is no more than an expensive microfiber mop or swiffer. It is not a constant steam so how is regular water and a microfiber pad cleaning and sanitizing my floor. Back to researching for an actual steam mop that puts out hot steam to sanitize. You have to hold the button on this one for steam which would be impossible to do for a whole house 5 minutes in and my finger was hurting. Buy a cheap microfiber cloth as some warm water and mop your floors. If I can end with a positive note the design for corners is good wish more mops were a triangle design. Returned.

I can't decide if I don't know how to use it or if It doesn't work well. I've always wanted a steam mop, but this is not what I imagined it would be like. I read the manual and while I think it works okay, I have a lot of tiled floor and it takes forever to steam. Next time I will get one with more coverage.
