Fits perfectly in my 12ft carport opening. Using as a temporary gargage door yo protect my car from sun and rain. Only complaints would be it has devolped a sag in the material at the top going side to side as there is nothing to keep the tension up to past the smaller pole the handle clicks in. The material is pot metal like and as expected the weld on the bottom of the smaller pole has devolped rust. I sprayed some silicone lube on it to try n extend the life. This will be the failing point

Not worth the price anchoring is weak lasted less than 2 months. Not 165inches like it says it’s only 156 inches.

Great product for the price. Works well to provide privacy from our neighbors while on our back deck. Light weight yet quality construction. Allows privacy when wanted and openness when retracted. Two Cons: 1). Would be nice to have some openings in the material in case it left extended (open) and excessive wind comes. We kept ours as a privacy screen and forgot to retract it on a day with heavy wind. The fabric was fine but the bolts for the anchor bar pulled out of the PT wood it was secured to. 2) It would also be nice to have it open at different lengths. We bought a 12 foot and sometimes we want it extended less than that. It’s either open or retracted. No in between. All in all, good quality product that does what it is intended to do.
