Ive been looking for a replacement for my teflon coated pots and pans for some time now. I had been eyeing ceramic sets but the price tags were hefty! I came across this brand and ended up deciding to give them a try. I've made 3 different meals with them so far... Scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, orange chicken (which has a sticky glaze) and picadillo. All of these meals were easy to clean up after despite appearing to be stuck on. A little hot water lifted the orange glaze right off. Everything else came off with just water before I even washed them. I've also noticed that all of my meals taste better. My 7 year old who is usually such a picky eater everywhere we go (including homemade food) has told me everything is delicious. I dont know what it is about the pans but I definitely noticed something different. I absolutely love the detachable handle which lets me store these stacked up without 3 handles being in my way. A few things: •I made sure to follow instructions on seasoning them before the first use. Clean them, dry them well, add oil and coat the whole surface, set them on mediumish heat until they start to smoke, turn off the heat and set pan aside to cool.down naturally, wash again and dry completely before putting away. This is supposed to make them truly non stick and I can definitely say it works. • They don't offer a large variety of sizes unfortunately so getting a large matching set is nearly impossible (my previous set had about 10 pots and pans). I did find a larger deeper pan from the same brand and ordered it separately • They are not made in the U.S.A. which was what turned me off to them initially but I hope the ceramic coating remains durable and good quality since the cost was so low • They don't recommend using dishwasher with these because it could damage the coating. If youre a fan of putting your pans in the dishwasher, these aren't for you. • i was using a silicone sponge and dish brush to clean the few items i dont put in the dishwasher. I tried those on these pans and they didn't clean well. I pulled out a normal sponge with the rougher back side to it and that 100% cleaned the caked on oil right off. So now that is the sponge I'll be using to clean these. 100% recommend this set to anyone looking for an affordable upgrade! Huge plus that they're such a pretty color.

What a great idea to have one handle that detaches from this beautiful set of pots. I’m impressed with the quality & how affordable the set is. I made a meal, used all the pots on the table as serving bowls & no one knew I cooked the dishes in those pots. Love, love, love everything about this design, color & I want to order more sizes. Storage is great as they nest. I highly recommend this set.

I really like this Redchef ceramic cookware set. The nonstick surface works great — food slides right off and cleanup is super easy. I’ve learned to use lower heat, and it cooks evenly every time. Such a great set for the price!

The pans themselves are a quality product, however, the plastic handle and lid is not ideal. The pans cook at a lower temperature than the steel pans and I like that.

We just recently purchased an RV. I was looking for a set of pots and pans that would be really good for travel and not take up a whole lot of space. I stumbled across these. Price point wise it was exactly what I was looking for. Look wise, they are very pretty. They seem to be very durable, Nonstick, and very easy to clean. The handle is really easy to use. They store very easily and do not take up a lot of space at all. They are absolutely perfect for RV travel.

I've been using a large ceremic skillet almost exclusively for years. It's been great but it's at the end of it's life bc eggs are sticking. Cold eggs will stick more than room temp if you didn't have a good quality non stick. I don't use Teflon bc it's highly toxic. I didn't need a million pieces so this 5pc set was perfect. I already had a glass and silicon universal lid that fits large and smaller pots and pans so I wasn't worried that the included lid doesn't fit the largest pan. The large pan is not as big or shallow as a skillet. It's inner diameter is 10.75". It's relatively deep so it fine for me and the higher sides keeps good from slipping over the edge when stirring. Although I prefer to cook with healthy fats like grassged butter, ghee, coconut oil, avocado oil, and EVOO, you certainly don't need fat or oil. Everything slips right out of the pan, no sticking. The pot is good for boiling items and the small pan is great for a couple eggs or to reheat a single serving of food. I love the detachable handle. I can brown or finish food in my French door airfryer without the handle attached. It's also a huge space saver. Very happy with these l this set.
