"Loving" my recumbent exercise bike. Perfect for great workouts for both legs and arms. It is easy to adjust the seat position and the weight resistance for the lower extremities. It is very sturdy allowing for a comfortable and secure workout. The size and weight are perfect making it easy to relocate after my workout. The LCD monitor is very helpful in calculating distance, calories, and time used, while you may also monitor your heart rate by placing your hands on the side bars. It has a handy cup holder to keep your drink at hand and a special space above the monitor for your cell phone or tablet. My husband and ten year old granddaughter have gone on a ride for their workouts with just a quick seat and strength adjustment. I love having it in my home for the convenience to workout whenever I want keeping me motivated to continue daily. Thank you!

Made with solid durable materials,recumbent seat is quite comfortable especially on my back, so I can ride longer without feeling sore. it also has the arm exerciser, it makes me feel that it completed well. The 16 resistance levels give me space to grow, and the ride is smooth and quiet. The Bluetooth app and LCD stats keep me motivated too.
