  • Great Product for the Price
Style: R5 5600G | RTX 3050
I've owned this product for 3 years now and I can safely say that this is a great budget prebuild PC. I've had no real issues with it. I only had a time when the pc randomly would shut off and the fans would blow really hard. This was easily fixed with simply dusting the interior. So, if you maintain it, it shouldn't give any issues. I haven't upgraded any parts so I can't speak on that. I also haven't played many heavy games on it. I used it mostly for creative and research endeavors. Based on my experience, I recommend this product as a great budget friendly PC. ... show more

  • Great bang for your buck
Style: R5 5600G | RTX 3050
I purchased this gaming PC on sale for $850. I previously had built a few gaming computers and this was my first foray into a pre-built gaming PC. I will never build my own again. Setup was as simple as removing from the box, taking out protective padding inside the case, hooking up cables and hitting the power button. Windows walked me through the initial setup and after about 15 minutes the computer was ready to go. The tower is quite large which allows for good airflow and ventilation. The glass paneling was a surprise, but I like the look. The machine runs extremely quiet and has customizable lighting that can be easily changed or turned off with an included remote. The box included a mouse and keyboard, both are very cheap and I will not be using. The box also came with a power cord and one extra SATA cable. So far I have played a few hours of Rainbow Six Siege, Borderlands 3, and Slay the Spire and have had no issues with any of the games. Multitasking is also a breeze as the machine has plenty of power to be running games, internet browsers, and other programs at the same time. Very happy with this purchase and if you can get it on sale it's a solid mid-level gaming PC. ... show more

  • GOOD PC FOR PRICE
First of all love the pc. I am giving the CyberPowerPC I bought a 4 star review however, because the graphics card is an average graphics card, the CPU is pretty good I would say, and the amount of RAM you get will be 8gb, but you will definitely need to upgrade it like I have. Can definitely run most games but don't expect it to run Triple A next gen games. But, with that said, it's a very good product for the 800 dollar price tag that I paid. I also loved the RGB lights that come with the PC and it gives it more life and makes the PC stand out. The design is very nice, and comes with more than enough USB, or HDMI ports for a bunch of things you want to use, and is good for dual monitors. I would recommend this product to anyone who just wants a pre-built pc if you want a PC but don't want to spend a whole lot of money, I would recommend. I love how the PC is extremely easy to setup and it coming pre-built is such a lifesaver to me. All I really had to do was take the PC out of the box and I put it together without really any problems. Really state-of-the-art pc, but there is really any cons to a pc like this besides not being able to play next gen games, and I really didn't expect it to be this good for it's price. ... show more

  • Great starter pc
So I would say this computer is a pretty good starter computer it's a good decent pre-built computer for the price for what you get you know it's great it has a LEDs in it it's really cute comes with a little remote it also comes with I think it's called a Wi-Fi extender (i cant remember but it boosts your pcs connection to the wifi and plugs into the computer) it's a good starter computer I would recommend if you get this particular computer and you like downloading a bunch of games I would recommend getting a better storage component or an external hard drive because this does not have that much storage but if you're like me and you only download like three to four games on it and then play them and then eventually uninstall them then this is fine one thing though that I do not like and I'm currently struggling with is the fact that the graphics card on this particular computer only has one HDMI port on the graphics card and one DVI port which means it if you're going to do two monitors you need to either get a DVI cable or a DVI to HDMI cable because you cannot use the other HDMI port that's on the computer because it is not in the graphics card I learned that lesson so now I'm struggling on getting the correct cord because my monitors only provided hdmi. So yeah keep that in mind if that's something you're planning on doing with this computer ... show more

  • Good gaming PC for a reasonable price!!
Awesome fast gaming PC!! It came in perfect condition, everything works right out of the box. I like the color of the case which matches the color scheme of my son's room. I will totally sneak in his room and play on his PC when he's a sleep because I'm so jealous.. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a good start up gaming PC. A good bang for your buck. Would definitely buy another again. ... show more

  • Warning, do not buy!
Style: R5 5600G | RTX 3050
This may seem like a really good PC and a good price if you get it on sale like I did. But be warned, after 1 year and 2 months my PC will now not power on, I don't even use it a lot just some casual gaming and standard web browsing, paying bills, etc. I also kept it plugged in a battery backup/surge protector to keep it safe. I reached out to Cyberpower for help since it seems pretty terrible that this thing would fail after only a year, but they told me it only has a one year warranty and since I'm two months past that warranty I'm screwed. I have to now take it to a local repair shop or fix it myself and I'm not even certain what the issue is but it seems like the motherboard may have failed. I thought Cyberpower was a trusted brand and this would be a safe purchase but I was so wrong. Words can't express how disappointed I am with this product and their customer service, it's really the biggest waste of my money I think I've ever done. ... show more
