I bought this mostly because of the weight rating (up to 350 pounds) and honestly, the price. Assembly was not super easy, but if you can do an Ikea cupboard you can do this. Attaching the cable for the resistance was tricky and best to have someone help with that, but I managed alone. I am 6" and it's just a tad small but certainly usable. Make sure you have a cushion to sit on as the seat gets very hard after 20 minutes or more. I like that the heartrate monitor and my Fitbit agree on my heartrate. I started at 308.6 pounds and now, 22 days later with strict dieting and this bike, I am down to 288.8 so it's value for money to me. Closing note, Amazon wanted me to rate it for maneuverability. Honestly it is as maneuverable as any stationary bike I have ever ridden. ... show more

    • Assembly is for the most part easy but did come with challenges
The bar for the adjustable seat was slightly too large for the chair mount. I think the plastic end caps warped in manufacturing. One of the cables for the display was severed, I fixed it myself using electrician's tape. This bike is probably not good for people over 6 foot.

You know how an item will have mostly good reviews and a pretty big handful of bad ones, but you think you’ll be in the majority who won’t have any problems so you go ahead and order? Well, it’s a risk that I took and regret. Maybe you’ll get lucky. The main frame was bent/warped so it doesn’t connect correctly and throws the whole bike off balance—first two pics show this, the third is how it’s supposed to be.. Aside from that, I agree with other reviewers that it’s not made for people over 5’6. I think it DOES work for plus size people, though. The seat isn’t too bad…you might hang off a little but that happens on an upright bike anyway. Not sure how I’m going to proceed, as returning this behemoth seems really annoying. Side note on connecting the tension: you need to turn the dial a couple of times so you get more slack. ... show more

I ordered this bike because I had knee surgery and need another surgery on my other knee. I had a bike but found it difficult to lift my foot up and over in order to ride it. This bike was misleading as there is not enough room to slide my leg/foot in between in order to sit and then peddle. I am very disappointed in this design. It is already put together so now what can I do in order for you to make it right? I did not know it wasn't going to fit my needs but with the upcoming surgery it will be very difficult for me to use it ... show more

Like – all pieces arrived in the box. All pieces were in perfect shape. There is a video to watch as well as instructions of how to assemble. It is solidly rebuilt, very pleased for the quality with the price My wife and I took approximately one hour to assemble. Unlike some other recumbent bikes, there is plenty of room for my knees, as I bring them closer and closer, because I need to work on breaking up my scar tissue on one knee and increasing the mobility in the other knee. Dislike – made for a shorter person, and I am 6 feet tall. I need the greater distance from seat to pedal because I am going to use it for my therapy rehabilitation for my total knee replacement.
