I absolutely love these sets. They are inexpensive, sturdy, and easy to put together. They look great too. I ordered 2 sets of the 2 chairs, 2 ottomans, and table, and 3 sets of the 2 chairs and table. So I got a total of 19 pieces. It took me about 6 hours to put all those pieces together by myself. I’ve seen comments about holes not matching up, not being aligned. I didn’t carefully read the directions when I put the first chair together and the holes didn’t align. I looked back over the directions and saw that you’re supposed to only tighten things about halfway until all bolts are in. I redid the whole chair and it was like magic. Everything matched up perfectly and I had zero problems for the next 18 pieces. So my guess is that it was user error for people who didn’t get their pieces aligned properly. There were a couple quality problems, nothing really awful though. See the second picture, the screw hole is messed up. It was the only one messed up out of all those pieces. Some of the cushions were smooshed in the box and aren’t flattening out very quickly. And finally, the suction cups for the glass top on the tables are also smooshed and it was rather difficult to get them to flatten out. All of those issues are quite minimal and for most people not worth complaining about but there will always be someone that just can’t live with these minor inconveniences. The only other issue I foresee is the cushions blowing away in a storm. There are no straps or Velcro or snaps or anything to hold the cushions to the furniture so I have to figure something out. Maybe sticky back Velcro? Customer service was great. I contacted them because apparently my pieces were sent in a bunch of different shipments (7 different boxes) and I couldn’t see all the different tracking numbers on the Amazon app. I had received 4 boxes one day and didn’t realize I was going to receive 3 more boxes the next day. Costway responded to my email in just a few hours and were very kind in the face of my stupidity. They gave me all the tracking numbers I couldn’t see on my digital receipt. If the stuff falls apart, fades like crazy, or has any other issues I will update my review. For now though, I love this patio furniture. It’s pretty, sturdy, and comfy. ... show more

Easy to assemble. Sturdy and attractive set. I keep my set in my front enclosed porch and sit in them daily year round. I like the width of the chairs makes it comfortable for a bigger person to sit. The cushion covers wash nicely. I wish the seat cushions were a little thicker and the chair sit just a little higher. Over all the product is nice, comfortable and sturdy, but to get here, oh boy. Instructions are pretty standard picture style showing how things go together. The real challenge is getting things to align and fit. Screws attach to threaded tabs welded in place. The tabs are not straight so screws go in at a slight angle, if at all. Placement doesn't align at times either. The threads on the tabs seem a bit small for the screw and hard to tighten. I had to run the screw through the tabs a few times to clear the way so screws would attach during assembly. Even so I stripped two screws and was unable to get 2 to line up. One of the chairs was so off that I had to extend the foot pad almost 1 inche to get it level with the ground. This is due to the metal frame not being true, probably another reason why the screws don't always align. I spent 2 hours assembling the chairs alone. Most things I have assembled in less than an hour, even desks, hence the swearing. Advise using a power tool instead of the included hex wrenches. Once assembled they are good and look nice but for the hassle I would not but these again. ... show more

Very easy to put together as long as you only tighten screws half way first time around. If I can Do it with over inch long acrylic nails on you can do it to. Very sturdy. Cushions are okay but will be replacing them. Definitely worth the money.

I researched alot of these smaller patio sets and took a chance on this set and I’m very satisfied that I did! It arrived quicker than expected and so far is holding up great! My husband is a bigger guy and these hold up solid when he sits in it- they don’t feel flimsy at all and it’s easy to get in/out of. I will say though, it took two of us to put it together and it did take sometime. There is also a difference in the back pillows that arrived too -one was more densely filled/thicker and the other a lot flatter/thinner. But you can’t really tell too much unless you’re really staring at it. Overall the instructions were fairly straight forward and this is a great option if you are plus size as it is holding up solid so far & feel surprisingly very sturdy! ... show more
