I was always impressed by rainfall showers in hotels, so I figured it was about time to get one, but I was worried about getting one that lacked water pressure. You just can't replace that early morning feeling of hot water pelting your body loosening up stiff muscles and opening the sinuses. I also didn't want to lose the ability to have a handheld option, so this product was a win-win at the price I paid compared to many others. Now, I will say that I did add an extra 16" shower head extension arm to this product (as seen in my picture) but that was personal preference. I simply wanted it to be placed slightly higher and closer to the center of the tub. Regardless of the reason, they still included an arm, and some other competitors don't bother including one at all. I also didn't use the supplied teflon tape, I opted to use my normal brand which served me well. I've had 0 (zero!) leaks in the 6 months I've now had the product. Like anything else water or gas related, you learn the dos and don’ts of how to hook things up to avoid issues. Lastly, the supplied wrench was useless in my opinion. I didn't bother taking off a star because I didn't buy the product for the tape and wrench, I bought a shower head and using my own tools worked fine with less effort. So how does it work? Fantastic. The wife is happy and so am I. I sometimes wish I would have purchased the 8" over the 10" because having the larger shower head means having less overall pressure but I knew that going into the purchase and opted to have the water rain down in a larger area instead. This point is often overlooked. Regardless, it has decent pressure and mounting it up a little higher increased it even further. The handheld has amazing pressure, and as others have mentioned, while you can run both at the same time, but you do split the pressure between the two. The last piece of advice I can give is that I DO NOT recommend going through the different handheld settings while it is in the base unless you like to inadvertently wash your ceiling. It has no problem shooting that vertical stream straight up and scaring the crap out of you when you forget. :D I should also mention that some reviewers commented about the handheld falling out of the base. This has only happened to me once or twice when I failed to seat it in the base properly. When you put the handheld in the base you need to push it down so the rubber washer is sitting firmly in the base. If you just lightly place it in the holder without securing it and go to use it, then yes, it will fall out. The instructions could have been a little clearer to point this out.

Recently spent the night at a hotel with the rainfall shower and loved it. Found this one on Amazon. Love the size. The hand held head is also a nice feature. As noted in the listing, it can generate a good high pressure for assisting with cleaning the shower. Good length hose for the hand held. This was my second attempt finding a shower head with handheld system. The first set I purchase cracked the first day so it was returned. So glad it did because this set is simply amazing Heavy weight to it, pressure outstanding, rain nice pressure with heavy drops. My shower has a lower ceiling so the arm extension that came with the set made all the difference. Down side, I will probably be late to work at times not wanting to get out

I've owned several of these types of units over the years and this one is by far the best I've ever bought, and I will for sure get this one again when I next move. The size is slightly larger than my last one and the water flow is just right, making this a delicious showering experience. They got this one pretty much perfect, the only two caveats are: A) it's not for tall people. I'm 5'8" and I'm just a handful of inches below the head, which is perfect for me, but for taller people you might need an upward extender (or something similar), and B) the handheld unit us just way heavy. It's like 5 times the weight of my last one and isn't that easy to hold because of the weight. What I did was kept my old handheld, and just kept the one for this unit nearby for when I want to use it. The handheld has this super powerful and concentrated stream setting that has been a joy to use for cleaning various items around the house that could use a deep clean (this is why I'm not using the new one daily, but keep it close by for specific uses). I did a TON of research and have owned many of these over the years. This one is as close to perfect as I've ever gotten- I HIGHLY recommend!

Product is great! Easy to install, good water pressure, and several really good and comfortable settings. The only two things that could be better are the shower head hose length and the wall attachment. The hose length doesn’t reach the bottom of my shower for cleaning purposes; however the high pressure jet does make a great and useful cleaning mode. The wall attachment is plastic and does wear over time and doesn’t always hold the pivot position when the shower head is attached. This is a great value and would purchase again.

I bought this shower head because my old one broke and I needed a new one. I bought this and when I tried it out, my life changed. It feels amazing and I absolutely recommend it. I’m just sad that I’m moving out for university and I’m leaving it with my family. AITA if I took it with me?
