I liked how easy it was to follow instructions, and I liked the color as well as the convenience of racks and trays. Most just come with a tray so. I purchased specifically because I liked the urine guards and design of this one. However, the rack on the bottom nearly touches the tray with any little amount of weight and makes a ton of noise. Some parts had white mold, and one piece was defective with large crack. The parts that were already assembled were not flush so when I finally got to putting the roof portion on it was hard to screw in latch it was just so off from where it needed to be. For the price, I can’t say this was worth the money and if your purchasing for urine shields I would go buy the metal ones instead and save yourself time and money. I expected better quality. Update: the rack keeps collapsing to the tray. Defective product and/or cheaply made. Defeats the purpose and reason why I purchased. Bigger inconvenience and can’t use this product. ... show more

My bunnies are liking it so far I just put it together I decided to keep the top off the one side I really like the urine guards one of my main reasons for getting this one verse others and the metal on the ramp almost all the other rabbit hutches I’ve seen don’t have a guard or metal so your rabbits will chew the wood so far very impressed with my order came here in a short amount of time and none of my parts were damaged or broken ... show more
