Heater is nice quality and went together well (took maybe an hour from unboxing to flames for a handy guy). Heat output is good for the fall nights we’ve used it on so far. Very nice ambiance with this style heater. Cover is a bit thin and does not keep all moisture out but glad we have it. Overall good value for the money.

Our heater adds a good ambiance to our deck. The light dances perfectly and lightly warms the chillier nights on the deck in Maine. It does not provide a ton of heat, except for if you are pretty close to it but it makes you feel cozy. The reflector on the top could be a bit bigger to help aim the heat down more. Pretty easy to assemble. We had an issue with the reflector on the top being the wrong item, but the vendor responded and resolved the issue. The cover is great although hard for me to remove fully without standing on a chair. Not a problem for my husband. It is pretty tall, so it knocked over one time when we didn't have a propane tank in it. Doesn't seem to be an issue with a tank in the storage area. It is quick and easy to light as well.

One of the most disappointing I have ever made. I purchased 2 back in February 2022 and on one of them the igniter never worked. Shortly thereafter the second igniter didn't work. I am throwing them both away tomorrow and now looking to buy 1 from another brand. Oh, and by the way, the customer service sucked. You can't even speak to someone. Everything has to be by email with day for lag time replies. A lot of money wasted!!!

Looks great on the deck. Friends love it. Assembly instructions could have been clearer. One hint make sure when you put the plate with the controls on that it faces the bottom plate with the notches cut out for the removable door. Then you won’t have to take it apart to spin the base.

The hardware is crappy aluminum. The threads strip off leaving you having to drill out the holes and through bolt with your own hardware The threaded holes have scraps of metal inside from when it was tapped in the factory. Even cleaning the threads was no help. I stripped 5 threads and bolts and I was being careful. This took me at least 1-1/2 hours more then it should of. It looks great, just a PIA to assemble.

Great product. We put anew deck on our lake house this summer. We were looking for a heater to enhance some cooler evenings. This product fit the bill not only for cool nights, but also it’s warm glow was inviting on almost every night. We love it, our neighbors complement it and boaters passing by in the evening give it glowing reviews. It comes with a cover which I think could be much more substantial. It was simple to assemble.
