I purchased these in order to use them both in warm ups and in my workout. They come with a nice compact storage bag that keeps them all in one location. They are good quality and have held up well for the few months that I have had them. They are reasonably priced and got here in a timely manner.

Quality and Feel: Non-Sticky Rubber Bliss! Let's talk about quality. These bands are well-made and constructed from 100% rubber. They feel durable and reliable, ready to handle any workout I throw at them. The bands are beautifully colorful, which is a nice visual motivation boost! I specifically wanted to note that the rubber has a great feel—it is not sticky at all, which is a huge win compared to what some reviewers mention about other brands. Highly recommended for working out indoors and at home, these exercise bands are great. Not thin and prone to deterioration like others I've tried, these are perfect for my home workouts. A full range of resistance, this set covers all the bases. And they won't break when you least expect it.
