Its unique leg exercise pedal can shape the leg and hip muscle groups more comprehensively. The steel surface is coated using a powder coating process that is non-lead and non-formaldehyde. Powder coating is superior to the painting process in terms of mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, etc. The cost is higher than the painting process. Backrest cushion, seat cushion and elbow cushion are covered by sweat-proof, abrasion-proof faux leather. The leather is soft and durable. 4 quick release latches allow for quick length adjustment and removal of accessories. Highly elastic sponge, so any exercise can be performed comfortably. The surface of the pedal has a non-slip frosted layer to avoid slippage of the foot.

I waited a week after assembly before writing this. I’ve tried nearly all of the exercises. Bottom line. I love it. It’s an awesome solution for a guy who has been using a collection of free weights and benches for years. I’m 66 now. I wanted an easier, more inviting experience, than my free weights could provide. This machine was exactly the ticket. I actually look forward to using it!! A couple of things to note. As mentioned by others, it’s not built for tall, big framed people. I’m 5’10 and it fits me fine. But I can see how it would be cramped for someone bigger. Even with my frame, I have to adjust the seat back differently depending on whether I’m doing legs or chest. My total assembly time, from cutting the boxes open, to cleaning eveything up was 7.5 hours. I used the manual for directions up until hanging the pulleys and running the cables. I tried to study everything before proceeding to the next step. But even so, rework accounted for at least 45 minutes of my time, as did unpacking, organizing, and taking inventory. And there was ~30 minutes for clean up. I would advise watching the video three or four times all the way thru the pulley section before starting. If I would have fully comprehended how they all went in before inserting the first one, it would have saved rework time. There are three cables. Each is unique. Using the correct one in the correct steps is critical and will save you rework! Also be sure not to crank down the outside bolts on the top of the rack until you have attached the dust cover. It will make it much easier. The workout attachments are gym quality. If you don’t mind taking on the assembly, and you’re not too big, this is a fantastic machine at a very good price! ... show more

Phenomenal home gym. Very efficient use of space. Most importantly, it offers everything you need to hit every muscle group and the movement is extremely smooth. Pay very close attention to the video during assembly. I suggest clicking on the 3 dots on YouTube and setting the playback speed to .5 since there is no sound to the video anyway. We got it set up completely in about 4 hours. I’m 5’5” and my husband is 6’3” and it works great for both of us. ... show more

The assembly was lengthy(to be expected, so don’t expect an immediate assembly. Approx. 4-5.5 hours), but easy enough if you’re patient enough to follow steps thoroughly. The versatility and ease of the multiple movements that this machine enables you to perform is great. It’s made entirely of good quality materials, making it very durable. I am a 6’5” tall and 240lbs man which has been a minor issue for optimization of using the machine, for example the chain is a little short but all is easily remedied by using your own chain. The attachments are good quality. The cable movement is smooth. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a multi-movement weight machine.     • Assembly Takes Time but Worth It

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve become more aware of how important regular exercise is—but with a daily commute of nearly two hours, it’s been very difficult to find time to go to the gym. After thinking about it for a while, I decided to invest in this SincMill home gym system. When the product arrived, it came in multiple boxes delivered over two separate shipments. At first, I was a bit concerned that something might be missing or incorrect, but everything arrived properly in the end. Assembly was definitely the most challenging part. It took quite a bit of time, and in my case, I worked on it over the course of about three days at a relaxed pace. I wouldn’t say the assembly process is easy. The paper instructions included in the box are quite complicated and, honestly, difficult to follow. What really helped me was watching YouTube assembly videos. The one I used didn’t even have audio—just visual graphics—but it was still much easier to follow than the manual. I highly recommend searching for a video guide before starting the assembly. Once everything was set up, I was very satisfied with the product. It works smoothly, and I haven’t found anything lacking in terms of functionality. It provides a solid, full-body workout option at home, which is exactly what I needed. Overall, despite the time and effort required for assembly, I’m very happy with this purchase.     • Carabiner "clasp" failed

This is my first review I've ever left on Amazon in 5 years and needed. Please replace the carabiner "clasp" on this machine before you use it. I only had 50 pounds doing the bar pull down exercise while sitting. The clasp failed while pulling it down, and crushed my face, cracking my nose and left a good side pump knot on my forehead. The clasp opens inward and this failed by going outward under normal working out force. Either the clasp in general are not strong enough or I recieved a faulty one. Either way the results from this failure was enough to make my ears ring from the impact and probably a new shaped nose. Please be careful and replace those before use. ... show more

Five gold stars! I assembled this all by myself and I am a petite little lady. It took me the whole weekend to assemble it. Be patient. The gym really works! I bought rubber flooring on Amazon as well. It’s just like the gym. Be careful not to overdo it. I was so excited to try it out and I was really sore the next day. Just go slow, make sure you are being safe. As with any piece of exercise equipment, you can hurt yourself if you don’t use it correctly. If you feel that you are in a cramped position, the seat or the platform is not in the correct position. I recommend watching the assembly video on a large computer screen and not a phone. I had a hard time putting on the foam pieces so I put some plastic packing between the metal and the foam and they slid on easily. I also recommend laying out all the screws, washers, and bolts because you don’t want to get all the way to the end with leftover parts. I wish there was a pin for the top weight. I also wish the leg press extended further. Lastly, make sure everything is good and tight. I had someone stronger than me check everything before I used it. ... show more
