This vacuum has made my life easier! I am able to get the entire house including small to reach places and spider webs on ceilings in a fast record time. The vacuum is not too heavy and the straps are perfect. I am a person with back problems but this doesn’t hurt my back at all

I love everything about the effectiveness of this vacuum as it relates to cleaning a floor. The straps, however, seem to be designed with a large person in mind. Even with every strap pulled tight, the machine hangs off my back, which is very bad for your back. I deduct 3 stars because this is not comfortable at all to vacuum with. I do 2-5 jobs a day with this so I need to not feel this at all. I'm probably going to remove the harness and put the machine in one of my hiking bags that are ergonomically designed to stay against your back because this machine is not ergonomic at all. Also, the way the lid closes causes the lip of the filter basket to fold over. This prevents a tight seal and you can hear air being sucked in around the lid. This causes suction power to be lost. The media could not be loaded. This backpack vacuum system is very convenient and easy to use. It comes with many extension and attachment options. It's lightweight and easy to carry. I only notice two minor drawbacks. I think a longer extension cord is helpful and the filter is an odd size, making it a bit scarce to find. I only found one online store that carries it. It only costs about $18 for a pack of 10, but it may be hard to get. Overall, this is an excellent vacuum with very strong suction. It makes cleaning my 2 story house much easier than a bulky, regular vacuum. ... show more

This vacuum is awesome!! We got this to replace our dying Dyson ball vacuum and I must say this vacuum sucks! In a good way! My carpets are fluffy, the attachments ensure you can vacuum everything in your house with ease. We had a problem area in our bathroom between the shower and vanity where the space is less than 2 inches wide but 2 feet deep. This vacuum reaches it no problem! Behind the washer and dryer or fridge is a breeze! And being able to carry it on your back takes a lot of strain and exhaustion away. I love that the cord is not only 50 feet long but its an extension cord!! If I ever need to replace the cord it's so easy. All the filters on the vacuum ensure no smells come out, even when vacuuming up stinky cat litter off the floor. My only complaint is that I have to use a sweeping motion going side to side instead of front to back. This is more just an adjustment to a backpack style vacuum vs traditional vacuum. I do believe this vacuum is worth the price. 5 filters plus endorsed by the American lung association, every attachment you need to clean and not very heavy, especially when using the chest straps.
