Has everything you need (except something to fill the bag with of course). I ended up filling it with shredded paper since I seem to have plenty of it and it has a good weight to it. I ordered this for my teenager who apparently needed something to take out her aggressions on. Seems pretty cathartic. The mounting brackets are solid and hold up well. the boxing gloves are basic, but seem to serve our purpose. Probably not professional grade, but I'm not complaining. The other equipment isn't the reason I ordered the kit and had been pretty much unused.

This is a really nice set for my home gym. It comes with everything you need to hang it up. Make sure to get it screwed into a beam otherwise once filled it’s not going to stay where you put it. It comes with gloves, wrist and knuckle wraps, jump rope, grip strengthening tool and a reflex ball set. This is great once set up and there are several options listed to choose how you’d like to fill the bag. I started with clothing and you can add more as you progress with training to make the bag more firm. Everything performs exactly as it should and the set seems to be very durable and will likely last a very long time. The gloves fit well and are very comfortable. All in all it’s a bit to get it all set up, filled and securely hung but well worth the price for this set and everything that comes with it.

I used 40lbs of rubber mulch and lots of old cut up jeans and shirts. I layered the different material. My total weight is about 75lbs in it. Works great. The gloves were too small for me but I could use everything else. Decent value for the money

This is a fantastic set for the money. I'm new to boxing, but I feel like this set includes everything you'd need to get started. It comes with a very durable punching bag, heavy duty hardware to hang it, boxing gloves, handwraps, grip strengtheners, and a couple of other workout options like a jump rope and balls for reflex training. Installation was pretty simple, just make sure you have a very solid support structure in place. Overall, I've been very happy adding this to my workout routine. Thanks Amazon!

I didn't have enough clothes to fill this up. I don't have access to a mill to get woodshaving, and the instructions say not to use sand... which is what we have plenty of here in Florida. I ended up just buying a ready-made one from the sports shop. :-( No one could fill it up and the instructions didn't have any questions of where I can take this to fill.

This is a great option to start building a home gym or practice boxing. The kit contains a lot of items that you will need and a few other items that you will definitely be glad you had. It has all of the hardware you will need to mount this to the ceiling and hang the bag. Make sure to find a nice sturdy beam to screw into. This is a nice addition and necessary in order to use the bag. The extra things that are nice are the gloves, wrist and knuckle wraps, jump rope, grip strengthening tool and the reflex ball set. Filling the bag is pretty straight forward a will require a lot of clothes, fabric and potentially sand that you put into ziploc bags and then tape to make sure it doesn't break open. It will take a lot of fabric, depending on the weight that you are looking for. Overall this is a great set up and fun to use to get a quick workout with.
