There is nothing to dislike. Great product. Sure, it is not the same as a heavy bag however you could still move around and deliver the punches and you know where your punches are landing. You don't have to worry of making a hole in the ceiling to mount a heavy bag or unhooking it if it is in the way. Or buy a heavy bag stand that takes up a lot of room in your garage or room.     • Bob takes the beatings
Well worth it. Boxing, martial art training, or just to blow off steam. One has to add water or sand tot he base, like 230lbs. Bob is adjustable for kids, teens and adults. Much more durable then others we have tried. We should have bought Bob earlier.

These things are great. It would be crazy to have a gym and not own a Bob. And I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t spend the little extra money to have the larger Bob.

Strong and steady. A spouse can now kick butt without getting legally in trouble. Better than a regular punching bag becomes you can focus on hitting pressure points.

I've bought a lot of stuff from these guys, always top notch stuff, seriously these guys are the best. I had an issue when Amazon delivered the product in two shipments, after the first shipment Amazon labeled it delivered, so I called the seller to ask about the other half, talked to two of the nicest people ever, the next day the second part was delivered all good.
