Not much of a review but this worked great for me. I used water because I lived in an apartment so it may have been lighter than intended, so I had to control my super saiyan power, lest I punch it to the next room. Anyway, I'm really writing this because I hope someone who bought this could help me. I moved recently and lost the screws that attach the bag to the base. Can anyone perhaps give me the exact size screw and thread count/size I would need to replace them? Thanks a bunch!

It’s solid and works just fine. No complaints with the final product. My only suggestion for the next design is to make the base easier to fill with sand. I used a large street cone as a funnel to fill the base with sand. It had the widest mouth possible that fit into the base. Yet it was still a pain to fill with sand and took a solid 45 min. Everything else was easy to put together and took minutes.

Extremely happy with my purchase. I bought the silver version. I did some research and it appears it was meant to be an upgrade to the previous style. The silver version replaces the springs, favoring instead a "conical shock absorber". I was a bit hesitant as the majority of reviews for the product are for the black version which led me to question the quality of the silver version. I will say however, the conical shock absorber seems to be doing its job well and and the product as a whole seems well constructed. Im 35yo, 5'9, 173lb, and boxing is new to me. It took 180lb of sand before It felt stable enough for myself although I definitely forsee it being necessary to add more sand as I gain more experience and the strength of my punches increases. I have the bag in my basement where the floors don't allow for much suction. That said, the 160lbs this can reach with water alone would likely be plenty for teens and lighter adults, especially if placed in an area where you can take advantage of the suction pads. Filling this thing up with sand is not a fun experience but is absolutely necessary if you intend to go hard on this thing. Be mindful that moving the bag after filling it with sand is a real chore. Save yourself some trouble and place the bag close to where you intend to use it before adding sand. The included gloves aren't great for harder punches, after 30min or so they compress, squeezing my hands and causing my fingers to start falling asleep, definitely invest in some hand wraps and save your wrists. Upgrade the gloves sooner rather than later if your hands are bigger or if you are gonna be hitting pretty hard.

wonderful works great, came with a part partially damaged but customer service was great and gave a replacement. the gloves are a bit snug but i have really large hands so its fine. I would definitely recommend this punching bag its been a great workout.

Been using it for about 3 years now, the bag wrapping holds up, suction cups still stick. Put in countless workouts on it and still holding up fine. Started with 50lb sand and eventually got 150lb of sand in the base when the thing went off the ground (definitely use sand not water). You will have dents in the bag after regular use, great for at home if you can’t get a hanging bag or a bag stand. If you have the means (room for a stand or an anchor) I’d recommend a hanging bag because the momentum of the bag and the weight.
