Easy to assemble give a good workout, nice size not to big not to small isn’t very loud can’t really hit it to hard though 🤣🤣 but all in all I’d bug it again.. may have to add air every couple uses though.

Overall, I like this punching bag. Setup is straightforward — just simply fill the base with water for stability, then inflate the two sections. I haven’t actually used it yet because I don’t have a suitable pump on hand right now, but based on my previous experience with similar products, I’m comfortable giving it a positive review. The design is the classic freestanding “weeble” style, so it should bounce back upright after each hit, which is great for practicing basic striking techniques and building rhythm. From a stability and sturdiness standpoint, the water-filled base should provide decent support for regular training, while still keeping the overall weight manageable and portable. That’s a nice balance if you don’t want something permanently fixed or too heavy to move around. One small downside is the height. Because of the portable design, it’s not very tall — I’m about 183 cm (around 6 ft), and the bag looks to be roughly 160 cm (~5'3") when fully set up. So for punching practice it feels a bit low, but it actually works quite well for kick training and lower-body drills, which is mainly what I plan to use it for. Overall, it’s a great and convenient option for home workouts and stress relief. Easy to set up, portable, and suitable for basic training, especially for anyone looking for a flexible training tool without committing to a full heavy bag setup.

Easy to install, my 10 year old enjoys it. I put sand in the bottom because I wasn’t trusting water in the bottom in the bedroom. I’ve patched probably 10 holes in it so I do recommend a thicker material. The seams have been great with zero leaks in them but if you have a cat I recommend putting it somewhere away from them because one good scratch and you’ll have a hole. My cat did scratch it once, she didn’t break through the material thankfully but left a decent indentation of her claw mark that you could easily feel running your finger over it.
