The speed bag holder is not welded, it's not even JB weld, it's something slightly above elmers glue that keeps it attached to the unit and will break under even light use. I didn't even have it one week and it's starting to separate. I tried to return the product and they offered to send another assembly. I said I didn't want two useless punching bags in my garage. They offered another speedbag holder and $30. I told them I don't want another thing were it will break in another week, I just want my money back. They said I have to have to original, in good condition box, which is two boxes, and use the pre printed label, and take it down to fedex. Do not order for anything outside of decoration. You will be disappointed. They will probably say something to the affect that they are sorry they did not meet my standards or they will try harder, but the process to return this is borderline impossible. Please heed my warning, stay away.

This is my first bag for home and I wanted something that wouldn’t totally break the bank, but enough to get started. Within the first 2 days the speed bag broke. Upon inspection it was a rivet failure. I could fix it, but I need a rivet gun to do so, but the bag is far too slow so I will be buying a faster replacement speed bag to fit my needs at home. I ended up trying the faux leather strap so that it is still usable in the meantime. Eventually I will replace the big bag with a heavier bag also, but for now it is good enough and will be until I break this bag. Every time I hit it the entire frame moves a couple inches so I will need to put weights down to keep it more stable. The frame is OK. I had to be careful not to over-torque the bolts when I was putting it together because it will bend the frame. I will not buy this again knowing what I know now, especially at this price point. I wasn’t expecting pro quality, but I also wasn’t expecting flimsy junk either. Save your money and buy something beefier that you can grow into!

This is an outstanding product well made sturdy ,but not bulky every part was noted , the instructions were clear and helpful.it took about 45 minutes to sort things out and assemble. it was easy to move since my grandson opened it at our house the we moved it to his after we finished Christmas festivities. He Loves the workout with both the body bag and the speed bag.Both of which look and feel very tough and durable. It holds barbell weights as well . The price is unbelievable for such great quality. It was a big whiten Christmas Day

I was very curious about its device, which was very good. At the beginning, I thought it would be very difficult to assemble, but when I opened it, I was shocked. It was very good, with detailed assembly instructions, which made me understand it very quickly. It's a fantastic addition to our fitness equipment. The children get a lot of benefit from it. When I first started looking, I was stunned by how expensive this setup was. It's a great home fitness device! I love it!

We can’t even put it together because it didn’t come with any hardware. We contacted 4 days ago and was told we would have hardware by yesterday and it never came. If we don’t hear back today we will ya e to return it
