This is an outstanding product well made sturdy ,but not bulky every part was noted , the instructions were clear and helpful.it took about 45 minutes to sort things out and assemble. it was easy to move since my grandson opened it at our house the we moved it to his after we finished Christmas festivities. This is my first bag for home and I wanted something that wouldn’t totally break the bank, but enough to get started. Within the first 2 days the speed bag broke. Upon inspection it was a rivet failure. I could fix it, but I need a rivet gun to do so, but the bag is far too slow so I will be buying a faster replacement speed bag to fit my needs at home. I ended up trying the faux leather strap so that it is still usable in the meantime. Eventually I will replace the big bag with a heavier bag also, but for now it is good enough and will be until I break this bag. Every time I hit it the entire frame moves a couple inches so I will need to put weights down to keep it more stable. The frame is OK. I had to be careful not to over-torque the bolts when I was putting it together because it will bend the frame. I will not buy this again knowing what I know now, especially at this price point. I wasn’t expecting pro quality, but I also wasn’t expecting flimsy junk either. Save your money and buy something beefier that you can grow into!

The instructions or lack of is terrible. Just a few pages of images so small you can barley follow them. Other than that. The equipment itself is well worth the price. You'll just need to get some additional weight for the base

This set definitely has some pros and cons, but overall I am happy that we purchased this one at the price point that we did. Pros: Price - This was the only punching bag set in its price range. Definitely our motivating factor. Weight Limit - This seems to be holding up to the weight just fine. If you're looking to hang something heavier than the standard bag that comes with it, you'll definitely need to use sandbags to distribute the weight. Bag - We've only lightly used it so far, but the punching bag and speed bag seem fairly sturdy so far. Cons: Weight Distribution - You really need to use sandbags in order for it not to jostle everywhere. Setup - The bracing rods that connect the side supports to the main pole are hard to attach. We had to manhandle them (to the point that we thought we were breaking them) in order to get them to attach. Now that they're in place, we haven't had any issues. Noise - Because this is an all metal kit, there's a lot of squeakiness that comes when in use. I'd definitely suggest putting it in a basement or garage so that the sound doesn't reverberate through the entire house. Range of Angle - For the heavybag, it's very difficult to hit it from an angle other than straight on due to the floor braces. This makes it difficult to stay on your toes and move around the target. Overall, it's a great starter kit, and we'd definitely buy again.

This product looks nice and was pretty easy to assemble, but it's very light-weight. The stand kept falling over whenever we tried to hang the bag. We had to weigh it down by placing actual weights on the base. And this bag isn't even that heavy. The description says you can switch it out for a much heavier bag, but I'm not sure how that would work since it already has problems standing. Also, the pump to pump up the speed bag broke almost instantly. I just used a bike pump instead. It's a good product for the price, but expect to have to problem-solve when these few little quirks arrive.

If you’re serious about exercising and above the age of 10, then this isn’t for you. It’s a play toy. I’ve already ripped the ring off the small “heavy bag” with a medium kick. The speed bag is wobbly af and slow because it cannot sustain an adult hit rebound. It rebounds like a Fatigued fat lady. Not good for learning or exercising. I now got a wall mounted steel speed bag and solid wood that works professionally. And will look for a real heavy bag later. This thing is a joke, Waste of money, and at best for show only. Maybe something for toddlers to screw around with.
