This is an outstanding product well made sturdy ,but not bulky every part was noted , the instructions were clear and helpful.it took about 45 minutes to sort things out and assemble. it was easy to move since my grandson opened it at our house the we moved it to his after we finished Christmas festivities. The speed bag holder is not welded, it's not even JB weld, it's something slightly above elmers glue that keeps it attached to the unit and will break under even light use. I didn't even have it one week and it's starting to separate. I tried to return the product and they offered to send another assembly. I said I didn't want two useless punching bags in my garage. They offered another speedbag holder and $30. I told them I don't want another thing were it will break in another week, I just want my money back. They said I have to have to original, in good condition box, which is two boxes, and use the pre printed label, and take it down to fedex. Do not order for anything outside of decoration. You will be disappointed. They will probably say something to the affect that they are sorry they did not meet my standards or they will try harder, but the process to return this is borderline impossible. Please heed my warning, stay away.

This set definitely has some pros and cons, but overall I am happy that we purchased this one at the price point that we did. Pros: Price - This was the only punching bag set in its price range. Definitely our motivating factor. Weight Limit - This seems to be holding up to the weight just fine. If you're looking to hang something heavier than the standard bag that comes with it, you'll definitely need to use sandbags to distribute the weight. Bag - We've only lightly used it so far, but the punching bag and speed bag seem fairly sturdy so far. Cons: Weight Distribution - You really need to use sandbags in order for it not to jostle everywhere. Setup - The bracing rods that connect the side supports to the main pole are hard to attach. We had to manhandle them (to the point that we thought we were breaking them) in order to get them to attach. Now that they're in place, we haven't had any issues. Noise - Because this is an all metal kit, there's a lot of squeakiness that comes when in use. I'd definitely suggest putting it in a basement or garage so that the sound doesn't reverberate through the entire house. Range of Angle - For the heavybag, it's very difficult to hit it from an angle other than straight on due to the floor braces. This makes it difficult to stay on your toes and move around the target. Overall, it's a great starter kit, and we'd definitely buy again.

This is my first bag for home and I wanted something that wouldn’t totally break the bank, but enough to get started. Within the first 2 days the speed bag broke. Upon inspection it was a rivet failure. I could fix it, but I need a rivet gun to do so, but the bag is far too slow so I will be buying a faster replacement speed bag to fit my needs at home. I ended up trying the faux leather strap so that it is still usable in the meantime. Eventually I will replace the big bag with a heavier bag also, but for now it is good enough and will be until I break this bag. Every time I hit it the entire frame moves a couple inches so I will need to put weights down to keep it more stable. The frame is OK. I had to be careful not to over-torque the bolts when I was putting it together because it will bend the frame. I will not buy this again knowing what I know now, especially at this price point. I wasn’t expecting pro quality, but I also wasn’t expecting flimsy junk either. Save your money and buy something beefier that you can grow into!

I was very curious about its device, which was very good. At the beginning, I thought it would be very difficult to assemble, but when I opened it, I was shocked. It was very good, with detailed assembly instructions, which made me understand it very quickly. It's a fantastic addition to our fitness equipment. The children get a lot of benefit from it. When I first started looking, I was stunned by how expensive this setup was. It's a great home fitness device! I love it!

This product looks nice and was pretty easy to assemble, but it's very light-weight. The stand kept falling over whenever we tried to hang the bag. We had to weigh it down by placing actual weights on the base. And this bag isn't even that heavy. The description says you can switch it out for a much heavier bag, but I'm not sure how that would work since it already has problems standing. Also, the pump to pump up the speed bag broke almost instantly. I just used a bike pump instead. It's a good product for the price, but expect to have to problem-solve when these few little quirks arrive.

Fits right in the corner, and i can go to work on it. Needs to be opened stepped in to compact it, then fill some sand which i did and its perfect. Though one thing, they have a few spot to place weights but if you dont have the actual weight that goes on a bar you would have to add alot of weight on stand to keep in place. Overall great for the price!

Not bad at all. Not hard to assemble. But has to be weighted down. Difficult to assemble the speed bad part. And the air needle is in the pump. It took a little while to find it
