This inflatable punching bag comes with a pump, gloves, patch kit, and a very tightly packed punching bag that needs to be inflated. Inflating is a little tricky but definitely easier than blowing it up. The pump itself needs to have the hose inserted into it before inflating. I found the hose popped off a few times while pumping which was irritating. I had to pinch the pump onto the pump while pumping which was difficult because the other end of the hose has to be inserted into the inflatable punching bag and despite having adapters none of them fit quite right. There are three areas which must be inflated, one which can be filled with water to weigh down the bag. The base has two holes, one place to inflate with air and another to inflate with water (and has a twist cap, different than the other three areas) but both the water and air go to the same compartment. I like this feature because it means you can fill up part way with water and add air to get a more rounded appearance. That being said the hose popped off multiple times so it was hard to get it to fully inflate, I still don’t think it’s full of air it’s definitely lacking tension. Despite the set up being a pain I have a six year old boy who has been loving it so I suppose it’s all worth it.

This punching bag is just what I needed. I recently lost my beloved dog of congestive heart failure, and It’s been about a month, and I am still frustrated and angry about losing him. This bag helps me to cope with some of those feelings I’m feeling right now. The bag is made of durable hefty material that is strong and appeals as if it is layered with a soft leather like material. It comes with several valves for the water and the air, and the valves are securely fastened into the material. The bottom valve is where the water goes into, and another valve is for the air. You must fill up the bottom of the bag with 80 percent water and the rest with air. Then you must fill the rest of the bag with air. It was simple and quick to fill it up with water and they provided a superb inflator with nozzles to fit securely into the valves. I have it standing on my porch right now and it is a delight to go out in the morning or throughout the day for fresh air and punch the bag around. With the material used I can just wipe this bag clean. The bottom part and upper part hold the water and air well, But I did have to inflate it again with air the next morning, but it could have been because I didn’t have the seal on tightly. And after inflating it again I didn’t have to inflate it again all day so far. The bag is flexible with punches and bounces back effectively. And the older I get it just helps me to improve my flexibility moving around the bag and enhances my balance. It certainly did increase my endorphin and put me in a better mood and help with my stress. I think every senior citizen should have one of these punching bags for physical and mental therapy that also can aid in anxiety and depression. The bag also improves hand and eye coordination which is often declining with age. And the low impact makes it safe for me to stay active all day moving around and punching this bag without any physical injuries. I love that the bag is free standing and easy to move around from one area to another and the fact it doesn’t have to be hung up somewhere. I give it five stars for a well-made punching bag for beginners and great therapy for senior citizens. Also, the bag is a lot of fun once you start knocking it around.

My son really needed a way to burn off some of his aggression, as he has autism and is sometimes frustrated by things many of us neurotypical types might not bat an eyelash at. This punching bag and glove set is just what was needed! He actually enjoys burning off some of his excess energy and he gets a great workout in the process. It was easy to inflate and set up. The directions that mine came with were easy to understand. It even lights up and plays music! My son likes the lights but hasn’t really commented on the sound effects or the game modes. That said, you could definitely do worse when looking for a way for your kids to exercise and burn some energy in a safe way! I highly recommend it!

This toy is a blessing for the guardian of a high-energy child with a strong interest in being a Ninja Turtle! This is like a Weeble Wobbles of yesteryears; it won't fall down. The kids have so much fun with it. Heck...I do a little too. This is great for eye-hand coordination, getting out excess energy, or just an added tool for those interested in martial arts. The gloves are very padded and flexible. The whole things is of good quality and I don't think an appropriately aged child will demolish it quickly. Overall, this is worth the $27.99 that it was listed for at the time of this review.
