I’m not a plumber, but I suppose that’s the price I pay for being handy and having friends. Anyway, the sink setup never seems to be the same and I don’t always have the best tool for the job. This tool kit looks like it has a lot of options. This universal set has things in it that look nothing like anything I’ve used before. So, between the tools I already have and this set, hopefully I can grab a tool that works well and get through any repair job without much problem. Plus, I’m a tool nut. This makes a good addition to the collection. The only thing I’m not sure about is some of these tools being made out of plastic. Sometimes, a lot of stress and torque is required to get plumbing to come apart. ... show more

I have seen these in videos and always thought it would be great to have one. I used this basin wrench set to replace the leaky faucet in my kitchen and it made the job way easier than I expected. I'm not a plumber or anything but I like to fix stuff around the house when I can and the space under my sink was super tight. The old faucet had some corroded nuts that were a pain to reach but this wrench fit right up in there and actually gripped without slipping which was a huge relief. I used one of the short shank ones for the water line nuts and it held up fine without flexing. The metal feels strong and not like some cheap soft steel that’s gonna strip out after one use. The set came with a couple different wrenches so I had the right one for each part of the job. I did have to use a little extra leverage with a screwdriver through one of the holes but it didn’t bend or anything and I got the old nut loose without busting my knuckles. For what I paid this thing was totally worth it especially compared to what I woulda spent having someone else come do it. Now the new faucet is in and working great and I didn’t even swear that much doing it. I will probably never know all the things this tool can do. ... show more
