Review Image by Colleen
Item needs to be fixed daily!!! I purchased this printer less than ONE MONTH ago. I have had issues everytime I attempt to print something. I clean it everyday, test it everyday and run it everyday so it is in use and not stagnant yet everytime there is either a clog, a software issue or an error. It will take me sometime hours to figure out the issue before I can make one simple print. I have been on the phone with IT support three times already and I’ve had this machine 30 days. I had to shut down my business because it is unreliable. I spent so much money on this machine and now I’m told I can not return it because once you turn it on and put the ink in you no longer can return it… I take care of this machine and know how to use it yet everytime there is a new issue that arises daily. SAVE YOUR MONEY! You will not get your money back and this printer will continue to fail and be unusable. ... show more

The box the ink was in was smashed and open on both ends. The printer itself looks great but I can not get the USB drives to work.
