Very easy to install, no power tools were needed. Quality so far is similar to my oem style I had in my rv. I’m a small person and this was easy to carry as it’s pretty light I say 20lbs or less. Ladder is great. was not that difficult to cut to size and install. Just takes a little planning. Also the supplied screws are aluminum. Heads strip very easily. I bought good screws to install mine. Highly recommend better screws than what they furnish. Very solid mounted to camper. I was quoted $1300 by an RV dealer to do the job. Cost me about $115 even buying better screws. This is not a heavy duty ladder so don't expect that. It does the job for a basic ladder but doesnt feel solid or completely sturdy. Installation was medium/hard as I had to custom cut a few pieces to get it to fit my trailer. As others have mentioned buy extra screws or just replace the ones that come with it. The ladder is narrow so check the measurements before buying. It will hold up to 250 pounds but I wouldn't push it beyond that. I needed something to get on top if I didn't have a ladder available and this does the trick. ... show more
