This product is not worth the money as it was difficult to get support as the engineers were in another country and the time zone was 12 hours difference making it extremely difficult to get the support you need This product did not work well and I was only able to successfully print one product as the ink did not work well even after problem solving was attempted. I returned this product and they made me pay for the shipping which was $250 and they did not refund me that cost and told me that the Amazon policy was only to refund me for the product and not the shipping cost so I feel that was very shady on this companies part. I hope nobody else goes through what I did with this company. ... show more

    • NO GASTEN DINERO NI TIEMPO
Horrible desde el dia 1 no funciono la maquina primero la tinta no salia estube 6 horas en texto con un técnico y al final me dijo que esperara 60 minutos que se iria a almorzar y la diferencia de horas 12 horas eran mis 1 am tiempo perdido luego el otro dia luego de 4 horas descubri por mi cue ta estaba pillado con el metal el tubo al fin salio la tinta instalo todo y UPS! El printer no aparece en el pc me comunico 5 horas me hiceron cambiar de todo los cables prender apagar al final dicen que es mi computadora ( sabia no era eso ) me puden que use otra busco otra pc y nada el printer nada no funciona al final me dicen que quite todas las tintas y deje con su loquido para que me envien la tarjeta madre ( no era eso ) me puse al otro dia a oensar con calma abri el lado de la maqui a y resulto estaba el cable suelto y el usb cable no lograba conectar bien tampoco conecte todo y problema resuelto .... Luego tinta regada la impresora es todo un desastre 5.meses nada funciona mi dinero perdido todo es cuesta arriba con el.servicio que te dan todo es video y debes hacer el trabajo tu. This printer is amazing. So easy to setup, with files and video walk throughs. I had a small problem with my ink, contacted technical support and was put directly into a group chat with multiple engineers that quickly fixed my issue. Wished I never bought . I have been up all night long trying to install . Procolored keeps saying it’s not installed . My computer shows it is . I am stressed out . Tech support has not tried to help me at all . I have contacted them . They Told me to go to something called team viewer . Well after downloading that and getting no help I called teamviewer . And they don’t do printers . I can’t find a number to talk to punehod this place is a rip off ... show more

Had lil to no issues and the after purchase support was great i only had a small issue with set up and the engineers were very helpful box that it came in was supper secure and kept printer and oven safe would recommend and will continue to do business with them printer prints great and oven is safe to use alot of documentation for user to get setup and running ... show more
