I bought this printer in November 2024, and I have to say—it’s been absolutely fantastic. It was incredibly easy to set up and use right out of the box. Anytime I’ve needed customer service, the response has been quick and helpful. Everything I’ve printed has come out beautifully. I originally bought this printer to replace one that gave me nothing but headaches. I wasted so much money trying to get that old one to work, and the customer service experience was terrible. In the end, it was less stressful (though more costly) to just buy a new printer—and I’m so glad I did. This one has been nothing short of awesome in the months I’ve had it. The printer came on time. Was disappointed the paint and drying powder came later. It is the perfect siz for an at home crafter. Set up wasn’t too bad. Found videos on YouTube and they pretty much walk you through it. The software is terrible. I haven’t yet figured out if I can use a different software. The customer service has been amazing. Super happy with my printer. There was a mistake with the ink shipped. It was missing black ink. They sent 2 blue instead. They ended up sending me a brand new full set of ink at no cost. Much appreciated. I did have trouble getting it to work on my pc. But once i connected it to my laptop it works great. Would highly recommend this printer for beginners. ... show more

I ordered this machine for personal use. It is an exceptional machine and has wonderful reviews. The machine isn’t the best part though…..the customer service is top notch!!! I was having a few issues with getting my settings dialed in and Jack is amazing! In fact, he is my new favorite human and super hero! Thank you so much for helping this girl go from this 😡 to this 🤦🏼♀️ to this 🤣 and finally to this 😁😁😁😁😁! If you’re looking for a great beginner DTF printer this is the ONE!
