Ive been searching for a new product to help grow my business, and stumbled across this dtf printer, and I have to say, it's been quite an experience! Setting up the whole system was easier than I expected, when I ran into some problems I was able to reach out to tech support and they were very fast at helping me solve my problems even while being on different time zones. I used the computer to design some graphics, and the printer handled the prints flawlessly. The colors came out vibrant and accurate, which was amazing ! After printing, I used a heat oven to cure the designs, and that process was pretty straightforward too. The temperature and time had to be adjusted but other than that it was super simple to use. Just a few minutes in the oven, and everything was set perfectly. Everything that you need comes with your purchase, the curing powder can be a bit messy, however it’s very simple to use. Overall, I’m really happy with how everything turned out. This combination of a DTF printer, the computer, and the curing process has opened up a lot of creative possibilities for me. If you're looking to expand into something new for your business, or even just a side hustle, your money will be well spent with this purchase !

Customer service has been great on response time. The setup/installation process was easy because they walk you through it step by step. Very pleased with the quality of the print. The machine does make noises but isn't loud. Ink cartridges are nice size for multiple prints. Once set up printer is functioning it's easy to understand and operate.

I was genuinely impressed by how easy this was to set up! The videos are incredibly detailed, and everything comes perfectly packaged and clearly labeled — I’ve honestly never seen anything labeled this well. Even the power cord was marked! Every tool and part was neatly organized, and there’s someone available to assist you through the entire process. So far, printing has been great. I can’t speak to long-term performance yet, but I was nervous to set this up at first and it turned out to be super easy.

I cannot recommend enough that you stay away from this product. We purchased this in November 2025 for our small shop. Initially, it worked great. I don't love that to do anything you have to let them on your computer, but it worked, the colors were vibrant and we ran into minimal issues. One month later, we started having the same issues REPEATEDLY such as the waste ink pad counter saying it was full, our print nozzle checks missing massive amounts of segments and then the latest in early March, the white going outside the image where it shouldn't. Each time we connect with chat, they speak to us like we are beneath them. It can never, EVER, be the printer's fault and must always be user error. Instead of solving the root cause of the issue, they look for bandaids. For instance, with our excess white, we repeatedly requested they walk us through a print head alignment after speaking to many experts about it who all agreed it was out of alignment. Lancelot techs continuously told us that was not the case and that it was either a) our files b) our settings or c) our transfer film not having enough excess looped down. We tried all of these without success and each time requested a print head alignment. It is not an exaggeration for me to say that it took us 3 days of pleading for them to finally agree and it fixed our issue immediately. Today, we yet again have an issue with our waste ink pad counter. We followed the steps we have done every time (at this point we are doing it on our own every 2 weeks) and ran into an issue where the program will not reset and just goes to not responding. Instead of being helpful, the service techs are again enforcing that it is clearly something we are doing. Instead of being polite and helpful they are sending us messages say "100% failure" to what we are trying. please, please, please. I urge you to just get a US based product if that's where you are.

Hands down the best choice on Amazon for a DTF kit. It came with everything needed including an awesome support team. They helped with set up and a couple weeks later when I ran into an issues that was user error on my part. Highly recommend to anybody that wants to get into the DTF game!

This is the best printer I have ever used for creating shirts!! It’s not only the computer it’s the support you get with it! I read that when you first get you computer call Lancelot and hugely would help you set up the computer. I was like sure, so I set up the printer myself. Not hard at all but then I had a problem I couldn’t fix. I decided to call Lancelot for help. They stayed on the phone with me until everything was corrected. They also went on to the computer that came with the printer and helped me fix my problem. They are really great with a wonderful printer!!

I’ve been using the Lancelot DTF printer for a little while now, and while I did run into a few hiccups during the initial setup, I have to give major credit to the customer service team. They responded quickly, walked me through everything step by step, and got me up and running in no time. Like any DTF printer, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first. It definitely takes some trial and error to get the hang of it, but once you understand the process, it becomes pretty straightforward and easy to operate. The print quality is seriously impressive — vibrant colors and great texture, even on larger designs. What really sets this printer apart is the ongoing support. The team checks in regularly to make sure everything is still running smoothly, and they genuinely care that you’re getting the best out of your machine. As long as you stick to the daily maintenance they recommend, the Lancelot runs like a champ. It handles large image files without lag and delivers clean, professional results fast. Highly recommend this printer. I’d absolutely buy from them again.
