Ive been searching for a new product to help grow my business, and stumbled across this dtf printer, and I have to say, it's been quite an experience! Setting up the whole system was easier than I expected, when I ran into some problems I was able to reach out to tech support and they were very fast at helping me solve my problems even while being on different time zones. I used the computer to design some graphics, and the printer handled the prints flawlessly. The colors came out vibrant and accurate, which was amazing ! After printing, I used a heat oven to cure the designs, and that process was pretty straightforward too. The temperature and time had to be adjusted but other than that it was super simple to use. Just a few minutes in the oven, and everything was set perfectly. Everything that you need comes with your purchase, the curing powder can be a bit messy, however it’s very simple to use. Overall, I’m really happy with how everything turned out. This combination of a DTF printer, the computer, and the curing process has opened up a lot of creative possibilities for me. This printer has been working great for me. I am still learning how to use it efficiently but every question I have had has been met with the answer from the team, quickly. This is my first DTF printer and the process was a bit more complicated then I initially expected but the after service team is wonderful and Walk you though step by step. All machines tend to work slightly differently even though they are built the same and the after purchase support teams makes sure to tune your printer to the best quality prints. I have had this printer just almost a year now and still to this day if I run into any issues I can still contact them and get assistance with fixing whatever error has happened. I had high hopes for this printer. When it does work it is amazing. When I received my printer I got it all set up and contacted the tech support. It failed right away. After about a month of occasional printing they decided to send me a new printer. I recieved it and started to set it up. It was obviously a reconditioned unit. At first it didn't want to print but they helped me to get it working. Now 3 weeks later it is faulting again. Take this how you want, maybe I am just unlucky... ... show more

Customer service has been great on response time. The setup/installation process was easy because they walk you through it step by step. Very pleased with the quality of the print. Very happy with our purchase the set up was very easy to contact customer service. Their response time was very fast. They helped us set up everything with no problem. I highly recommend this Lancelot printer. The designs that we have printed they look very clear and very nice.
